Anna goes way above and beyond for her clients, she is so helpful with any and everything. She is one of the few that actually cares about her people and will do everything in her power to get you what you are looking for. When I contact them today, the young lady stated, she had no ideal when they would be able to give me a quote, she would keep me on the waiting list. Did know I was on waiting list, was never told to me when I call. Sorry, never heard of waiting list for quote. Is this really a way to run a business? I thought it was really strange, I could not get a date and time for quote. She then, became rude and stated you can take you name off the list. WOW, but I guess if you are booked up you can be rude to customers because you have a lot of business right not. However; there will be a time you wish you were nicer to potential customers.
