The convenience store is good as well, but at times it gets packed since it is so small. A plus about this location is the fact that it shares a building with a drive-thru Dunkin' Donuts, but at times it is a pain and a hazard to get in and out of the station with people pulling through. Overall though, not a bad station with fairly reliable service in the store.

What I like about it is that when I ask for a guestimate of the cost and time, he is usually on target, and the work is well done. He also is big into educating me as the customer, he most often shows me the part(s) he took out and why they needed replacement.I have found the prices to be fair. One of the many reasons that I go back is the mechanic is very honest. Several years ago I took my car into him for new shocks and struts, never checking my extra warranty on the car. I received a call at stating he would not be doing the work, as the car was on its way to the dealership to have the work done. He shared he checked to see if I had a warranty before doing the work, and found that I did indeed have a warranty covering this. He said he saw no sense in me paying him for something that was covered by warranty. He could have done the work, charged me and I would not have been the wiser. I appreciated his honesty. That saved me over $1,000. Last, but not least as a woman I am comfortable going there, there are not a lot of places that I can say that about. With this being said this is an old a gas station, not a brand ne car dealership. There is no carpet on the floor and the chairs are not newly upholstered,however it is clean there is some reading material available as well as WIFI for the customers. I would and have recommend this place for automotive work any day.

July-31-16 I went…read morethere this morning for breakfast with my three and a half year old son and was so happy about the whole experience. and to think I almost went to sum place called the pink flamingo. the coffee was pipen hot my son wanted chocolate chip pancakes but they were out of chocolate chips the guy found a bag in the store and made my son pancakes :) I'm so thrilled for once I was happy with my servers not disappointed like most of my Brattleboro experiences.

I was at the grand opening last summer when 96.7 WTSA did a live broadcast and gave out lots of freebies such as free food, coolers, and gift cards. The nice manager even greeted all the customers with cool coupons. This newly constructed store inside looks very nice and modern compared to the older Cumbys in New England and NY. They offer the basic convenience store items plus prepared foods, sandwiches, cold drink station and coffee bar. This is one of my pitstops for gas (tank up for the long mountainous drive), coffee, cold drinks, sandwiches, snacks, and clean restrooms. The gas prices here are competitive to the other gas stations along Route 9. Lately, the gas prices at Cumby's seem to be the lowest in the area and in the State of Vermont.

They really have all shapes and sizes of packaging, so if you want more than a six but less than a thirty, and maybe more than a twelve, but not a case, they can fit you in with an eighteen pack. Everyone likes options. Feeling lucky? They do lottery tickets too, and guess what ... lots of options :-)
