Find another car wash to get your car clean. Thins one leaves residue all over your car, especially in the winter. I purchased the mid-grade (3 star) touchless carwash. It was pretty abysmal for the money. I've had better washes at a gas station. The amount of residue left on the car wash a bit stunning. Front and back windows looked particularly bad after the wash. I ended up purchasing some Windex Wipes to actually cut through the road grime and get the windows clean. I'm not convinced that it was any more than some fluffy cellulose and water applied to the vehicle. There is an under wash but I'm not sure that it was strong enough to do anything. Drying left way too much water on the car. Again, there are other automated washes that cost less that do a way better job. I used the 3rd bay coming into the car wash (the one next to the do it yourself stall). I doubt that the other two are any better but thought it was worth a mention. Too bad as I know that Connie Burton, the owner, is local. She's not doing anyone in Brattleboro any favors. Get your car washed over in Keene or down in Greenfield for less money and much better quality. read more

Exactly what our car needed coming down from ski country. Open 24/7, simple to use and did a good job. NOTE: It's not a premium carwash where humans pay attention to your cars every detail, but for what I expected it nailed it. Post-wash the car looked so much better after being battered with snow, sleet rain salt and sand for 5 days. So I've been coming here for awhile, heard some say they've updated their machines to clean the cars better. Yet after 6 years the "Ultimate" car wash which is $14.00 still cannot fully clean the vehicle. I appreciate the touch free concept but I'm better off going to a self wash where it would clean the obvious spots. The car wash goes to fast and must be standardly set on economy mode. To get people in and out faster. I do not recommend to others, I suggest driving the extra distance to Keene to get a full car wash. ~Pictures attached. P.s. To the owners, I've had the complementary car wash yet it still doesn't get to the obvious spots on a vehicle. As shown in the pictures the dirt/dust was removed with a swipe of my finger. I wish I collected the receipt but I didn't think I would need it. But cameras here will show once I pulled out of the car wash, I took these pictures immediately. P.S.S. The car is almost 10 years old, with 200,000 miles on it. The rear bumper is not the same as the paint. I was Dismayed to notice that you did not pick up on that. This place is great for DIY car cleaning and very simple, stripped-down detailing services. If your car gets regularly trashed by dirt roads and snowy craziness, as most locals' do, you don't need a fancy car wash. A semi-regular drive-through wash here and a self-vacuum in probably enough. I got my car "detailed" here and I expected it to look like it was brand new, but for $50ish, all it was was a quick wipe down and vacuum. I could do a better job myself, but if you're busy it's just fine and the staff are really nice. If you're craving an OCD style detailing, as I am currently after 1.5 years of driving in dirt roads w a toddler who eats in the car and a mega road trip, I've done some research. I'm either going to Greenfield or Keene for a real detailing-- read the yelp reviews. But I'm paying close to $200, so now I know the difference between "detailing" and DETAILING. I arrived at Burton Car Wash having forgotten that I'd left my bike rack on the back of my car. Without the proper tools or strength to remove it, I would have been skunked had it not been for the swift, helpful employee (sorry I didn't get his name) who removed the rack and replaced it after I'd run the car through the car wash. I normally hand wash my vehicle, but decided to give a try at this touch free wash to get some road trip grime off the car. Needless to say, it barely got any of the fine dirt off the car. $11 for a wash? Could certainly do better. I'll stick to my glove and buckets, and you should as well. read more

I was pleasantly surprised and very happy when I got my car back after having it detailed. There was some really bad coffee stains and they got them out. Yay I'm so happy with the results. They are fantastic I recommend them highly. read more

I went there recently for a touch free car wash, and when I got home, I needed to rewash my car. For example, it seemed like it missed the trunk area totally. They don't do detail anymore either which was a disappointment originally but after this car wash, I was glad I hadn't spent money on detailing if the touch free was so poor. read more

Mostly good. Touch-free car wash does a decent job. People here are very friendly and helpful. It's a little annoying that one of the bays always seems to be out of order, but I guess that's normal with this type of equipment. Overall a good place. read more

Not so great. I did the $8.00 wash - car was far from dry when I exited. They want another $3 for the blower to dry the car twice - Really, they need to dry the car the first time. Please improve the drying machine! read more
