Icebreaker(s) was used at the start of every day to help loosen up every participant's nerves and build a cordial bond with one another. A lot of group work and scenarios are used and she is an amazing actress when it comes to re-enacting different scenarios such as heart attack, choking, bodily injuries, burns, anaphylaxis, impaled object, CPR, how to use the AED, and even childbirth. She went through every so thoroughly, step by step, explaining everything in real-time action. The class was so dynamic, interactive, engaging and hands-on. Ms. Cortis definitely brought the soul and heartfelt personal stories to make the materials we learnt in class more interesting, organic and relatable. I will definitely come back to do my recertifications/renewals here with Ms. Cortis again! The instructors/certifiers/teachers are always super knowledgeable. I happen to enjoy the wide variety of individuals who end up taking the course together. Good open space. Endless options for meals while on lunch breaks.

Brought my kids here as there was a Halloween event. It was our first time visiting this place,…read morereally cool and interesting! This is a kid-sized version of a real town. It features small buildings, detailed roadways, real traffic lights and road signs, an operational railway crossing. My kids had an amazing time, they enjoyed it. The only downside of it is you need to register and spots fill up really quickly.
