I had purchased my whole Plumbing fixtures for our house when we started building and first time visit with my designer to pick the fixtures was very pleasant but after they received the full payment the customer service was horrible!!! I recall my super trying to communicate with them and had such hard time. Also they did not tell me that half the products once you purchase you can't exchange or return even if you haven't opened the box! One time I went in myself and there was a sales person on the phone and was being rude to whoever was on the other side of the phone and then he puts her on hold and starts badmouthing the person that he was talking to, I had to interrupt him as I was there to pickup the item that Ive called 100 times for and never received a response . Anyhow he was extreme impatient and rude! So aside from the first time I went in with my designer rest of my experience with them was horrible and I spent over $100,000 with them, now I'm building our cottage and I told my designer anywhere but Canaroma! read more

I purchased washrloom taps worth $15000.00 nothing worked. salesman said he sent an email to service team. no hot water came from the mixer. it's so stressful. had to break the shower tiles, get the plumbing done again and installed Moen taps instead. salesman stopped picking up the phone and stopped answering my text messages. don't buy anything from them. they have such complicated and expensive taps and nothing works, no part is available in the general market. read more

Brent helped us not only find our vanity but we also bought everything else we needed for the bathroom (tub, faucets, shower glass, etc). Delivery will be 5 days after purchase which is amazing! I had bought a Vanity and Linen from Canaroma that had a Quartx counter top. Despite them not calling for a couple months that the items were in, it all went relatively good. We then decided to purchase the back splash to go with it. Well when I got the back splash it was high on both ends leaving a 3mm gap in the middle and spreading out towards the ends. I contacted my sales person sending him pictures. He emailed the manufacturer and instead of fighting for his customer, he sided with what the manufacturer said would be the best solution. They said just use some caulking to cover up the gap....NO, not an acceptable solution. Needless to say, I will not be dealing with that sales rep ever again and most likely not Canaroma since there are so many other choices out there for my home reno needs. read more

Absolutely disgusting attitude and service. Couldn't get a problem solved on a $1500.00 faucet for over a year.Had to call the manufacturer direct to get the problem solved. Canaroma couldn't care less. Paid them up front waited 6 months for the faucet. Then the manufacturer said they had it in stock all the time and could have got in 3 days. The part that was needed to fix the problem was couriered overnight at no charge. Never again!!! read more

Awful company. Purchased a bathtub and thought we were getting a great deal. We got delivered a floor model instead of the brand new bathtub we were promised, with clear damage to the side of the tub. Canaroma insisted they would never have sold us a regular model at that price even though they did. Instead of replacing it, we were told that we could just hide the damage by putting that side against the wall! Finally got a refund after chasing the sales manager for weeks. We purchased a vanity table here. The order was late by more than a month, which we were understanding about the import delay. However, the whole process dealing with this store is just TERRIBLE! The service was non-existent. We had to rearrange our contractors several times, because they kept telling us that they didn't know when our table was arriving. On the day before the delivery, Sashi (or whatever the girl's name was) called us saying that she doesn't know where the order is, and it might be late but doesnt know when AGAIN. At this point we called back Gino (who was our sales person), after getting transfered around to three different people, Gino told us that WE made it sound like it wasn't coming, and WE made it sound like it was arriving next week. Denied the fact that Sashi ever said it was late, she just said the truck was late. I mean what the actual... is that the way you talk to your customers? I believe we speak perfect English, and your sales associates and admin people should know how to talk to customers to give them accurate information. We've read reviews on this store selling people damaged products and taking over a year to resolve. We are just crossing our fingers that the Vanity comes in good condition and with the right specs. because we are DONE with this store. NEVER again. read more

We did not receive a part of our order and upon following up with the sales rep, we were first told that he would check with the warehouse, but he has never gotten back to us re the outcome and has not returned our calls nor email since. Visited this store when doing a shower stall renovation. I was looking to purchase a shower panel (which included a shower head, wand and multiple body jets). While Canaroma had several on display, their prices were astronomical. They were far and away the most expensive place we visited. While there, we were never approached by a sales person and were left to explore/wander at our leisure. A sales person did ask, towards the end of our exploring, if we required assistance, but by that time we were ready to leave. I suspect that their prices reflect a higher quality of manufacturer, but with todays multiple options running to gambit of price points, I found one on-line of comparable quality at 1/2 the price of what I would have paid here. read more

Unfortunately our experience was very negative. Their customer service is so unprofessional in dealing with issues. My sales representative had made mistakes twice and would not accept responsibility for it. These mistakes had cost us significant over charges from our contractor and plumber, in order for them to return three times to rectify this incorrect order issue Canaroma's sales rep just kept making. Being in the construction industry for 40 years as a manufacturer myself in the Vaughan area, I strongly suggest better customer service and a more knowledgeable team. Furthermore, it was unfortunate that I called twice and a manager never seemed to be in the facility when an issue had to be addressed. I know there are ample bath and tile stores in Vaughan and Toronto to choose from and unfortunately this is not one that I can recommend. Very disappointing!! read more

Disappointed to say the least! Purchased two faucets and a mirror for the bathroom. Was assured MULTIPLE times by the salesman that the mirror would be the exact one shown on the floor, even though the receipt indicated a different mirror and size. He said they used a general stock number for this particular brand!?!? My husband asked him to make sure the mirror would be the same - arrived to pick up our items to find out of course it's a different mirror. Canaroma stocks some very cool, modern, and stylish bathroom "stuff" (tubs, toilets, vanities, hardware, etc). It ain't cheap though--all small designer brands! The showroom is large, and has many sample rooms to give you some ideas. You won't really need ideas though, because all of their wares are just plain cool! The main problem you'll have is deciding between all of it... well that and getting a sales person to help you. It's not really clear who works there as they don't have name tags, and they certainly aren't hunting you out. If you're redoing your bathroom, and are looking for something modern definitely check this place out. read more

After weeks of searching for a bathroom vanity I had stumbled across Canaroma. Visited their showroom in Woodbridge and had found exactly what I was looking for...so I had thought. After waiting 6 weeks (instead of 4 as promised) for delivery, the vanity was significantly different from their showroom model. Their explanation "showroom models may be dated and vary from actual product" - Roy (Owner). Requested a refund and was told there would be an associated restocking fee. Bathroom vanity is now the basement vanity. Will never again purchase from or recommend Canaroma. read more

We bought shower doors for two bathrooms at a higher price than we would have spent elsewhere. No one forced me to buy but we liked the product. However one door shattered a few days after it was installed and was replaced by the manufacturer; it just sucked that Canaroma wanted payment for delivery of the replacement door prior to delivery. So I had to pay twice for delivery before even taking a shower with the new doors. It also sucked that Canaroma recommended a twenty-something installer who did a pathetic job on the caulking that completely ruined the look of the installation. This twenty-something waited until he was finished to tell me the sill was off level resulting in the glass doors that are not flush to the ceramic wall tile on the vertical plane. An experienced installer would have measured the opening for squareness prior to installing and advised of options, such as removing the sill and installing it level. I now have thick caulking joints to cover the gaps. Also, only one person was sent with the delivery for unloading of doors that require two people to handle. I had to run home to assist with the unloading. I should have just spent $800 + install at a box store and would have the same look as the $2,500 I spent here. Ivan Poloni read more
