I was greeted by Alfredo Campos, explained my issue to him and he set about finding a way to solve my problem. Alfredo was polite, professional, and sincerely helpful - true good old fashioned service with a smile that had me leave not only with the parts I needed, but even more importantly, feeling like I was treated well and valued as a customer. As a woman I find it insulting when I am talked down to or treated like I couldn't possibly know anything about building - so finding someone as helpful and polite as Alfredo was very welcome indeed. Yes, you are not mistaken, almost 1 year ago. At very beginning everything looked great. They sent technician to take measurements. He arrived on time with expensive equipment and unfortunately it was the last positive experience. There is list of what happened: 1. With all the expensive equipment measurements were taken wrong. Counter didn't fit the space, as a result when we didn't see installers cut drywall with all the vapor barrier (it is outside wall) and slide counter inside... I asked why they did it, answer was great - it didn't fit... I asked who will be taking care of damaged wall - answer they don't care and i am too picky... 2. There is was chip on the connection in between 2 slabs of the counter. I called the office, they sent somebody (guy name is Albert) for investigation. The Albert was amazing as well. his 1st answer was just excellent. He told me "Nothing is perfect in this life"... When you spent a lot of money for the defective counter it is exact type of answer you want to get... After almost 2 hours of arguing he promised to come to fix the issue. Unfortunately this promise was just a way to get out. As i mentioned at very beginning of my review counter was installed end of April of 2019 and today is Apr-6, 2020. As of today nobody came to fix the issue. I was calling this company multiple times and they always were promising to come in a month. As of now it is almost 12 months since the first promise... It's cramped, but it's filled with kitchen and house ware gadgets. Prices are pretty good. They have wooden skewers that are 2 packs for $1. Why I'm writing this review though, is because I need to tell my amazing plunger story. I bought a plunger. My toilet's been clogged for two days, and my old plunger caved in on me (literally caved in). Upon trying out the plunger from here ($5 plus tax), my toilet immediately unclogged. It took me one flush to get it unclogged. That has never happened to me before! Such a wonderful $5 find.

Sean was amazing he took so much time explaining to us the different brands and even went so far as to bring a washer I was considering to the back of the shop. He hooked it up and let it run a complete cycle so I could see and hear for myself how well it work. Upon delivery of my new washing machine I called Sean to let him know that I did not receive the hot and cold water hose. He explained that they are no longer included but said it was no big deal and he would drop it off for me. To my surprise Sean took time out of his day to go to home depot and purchase the hose free of charge to me and bring it to my house. In this day and age that level of service is unheard of. I am so grateful for everything and highly recomment Appliance Bazaar ok Kennedy to everyone. And I absolutely love my new Huebsch washer. Thanks a million Sean.

Since the tiles were about 20 years old, we did not expect to find a real match. We brought in a chip, about the size of a quarter, and a woman named Toni G actually recognized the kind of tile and we were able to purchase a small quantity from very old stock for around $20! We never expected such a happy ending to our quest. We would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for tiles.
