She's the worst doctor ever. We are new to the area, and would not recommend her. There's multiple doctors at the practice, try another one. I've been to a couple of other doctors at the practice, and they are super nice and genuinely try to listen to your concerns. This doctor just tries to throw as much medication at you as possible, not caring about the side effects. She's is NOT a good doctor...not sure how she's even practicing at new practice like this. read more

Dr. Basich charged me $252 for a visit during which she wrote me a prescription for physical therapy (which I had already begun) and she gave me refills for one of my medications. She is part of Memorial Care Medical Group. Last year when I went for a physical, I was told by the front desk to not mention any health concerns I might have (she's my doctor), because for every one mentioned, the price goes up. On their website they say that each patient is screened for Hepatitis C and for depression. I have not been screened for either one. I have seen Dr. Basich four times. The first two times I waited for 11/2 hours before I was seen. And during none of my visits was I ever physically examined (ears, nose throat, gait, reflexes, coordination, etc.) Also, this group times your visits. What is doctoring becoming? read more

Dr. Basich sees both myself and my young son. It is beyond convenient to have her taking care of our family. She is able to to see patterns in my health and my son's and provides focused treatments when necessary. And also just teach me about what is going on in our bodies and how to best prepare ourselves for healthy lives. Happy patient here. read more

I finally decided to bite the bullet and made an appointment with Dr. Basich based on her many favorable reviews. Well I was not disappointed. First, I only waited 10-15 minutes before being seen, something I've NEVER experienced in my life, it's always been 45 mins at the least. With all the hoops to jump through in this process with various doctors and medical offices, Dr. Basich and her team have been an incredibly valuable support for me. Dr. Basich has gone out of her way to follow up with me before the weekend to review test results and has been there to help me navigate through the process in a very clear, calm and professional manner. She is very thorough, efficient, personable AND professional! Asks the right questions. Yes, she is very busy, but she does not show that during my appointments. She also uses myChart, which I just love! The wait times are very minimal, 10 minutes or so. The office receptionist greeted me with a genuine, warm smile and hello. WOW. I needed to find a new doctor after II moved from out of state. Dr. Basich was accepting new patients, so I met with her to establish a relationship, and complete the new patient paperwork so I would be able to get right in when as needed. She spent a good amount of time getting my medical history and answering my questions about who to see for various specialties. I was happy to hear they are a one stop shop and can get my annual exams right there. She was very personable, genuine, and thorough. Great doctor! Dr. Basich has great bedside manners. Unfortunately, the office staff is terrible. These ladies need classes in customer service and listening skills. They didn't even feign pleasantness when I stepped in 30 minutes before closing to simply drop off a form. I then had to play phone & note tag to have said form filled out because they couldn't understand the purpose of the form and took it upon themselves to decide whether or not the doctor would fill it out. It was a simple request that would have saved me from having to pay cash for an exam that my insurance would pay for in only a couple months (which I scheduled) and saved my child's hard won scholarship. I didn't ask for them to do anything extraordanary or illegal. They seriously only had to present the form to the doctor to have it filled out but instead left a series of condescending messages about why they wouldn't because of the forms instructions, completely disregarding why I needed them to fill it out, which I had explained. They are so flippant and unhelpful I decided to see another doctor rather than have to deal with them. Well, that and also because since they wouldn't fill out said form I have to go pay cash somewhere to get someone to fill one out based on an exam that wasn't due for another 2 months. This office is expensive to pay cash and last time I had to (because they couldn't sort out my insurance), the doctor told me that nothing we were doing was expensive but the front desk lady (another dolt) totaled it up to about $375 as we checked out. She didn't even quote me correctly. I ended up getting a bill of over $500 after that! After my insurance company contacted them, I was finally able to get a refund for the part I paid and they took care of the ridiculous, "not that expensive" expenses. read more
