Friday, I went to the office to pick up my package, and it wasn't there - still on the truck. I left my number and was told I would be called when the truck got back, but never was. The next day, there was a "Sorry we missed you Notice" - again, we were home. The postmaster needs to hire people who can do the job.

The miracle of our pilgrimage was that no one was hurt, lost, or robbed. When I spoke to the owner, he was dismissive and wanted to argue with me. I wasn't complaining about compensation I was sincerely concerned. He basically said anyone who was not able to get themselves an Uber after being lost in a mob should probably not be traveling. These tours are expensive, and people use them so they can travel safely. This is a shameful response, and I would never travel with them or recommend them AT ALL. Steer clear. If I could leave no stars I would but it would not let me.

Started on a reservation and got a quote and contract and everything over email, which included a…read morelink to make the deposit. It was an unbranded payment website, so I texted the rep a simple question about whether they took any other forms of payment than the link in the email, just out of curiosity to see if they took stripe/venmo or something more standard/safe. The rep completely blew up on me and cancelled my reservation then was aggressively calling me out over texts saying I was asking them to integrate Stripe and that they couldn't just integrate and accept any form of payment like that from a customer ask.. I was just asking a simple question, I was happy to use the provided payment processor if the answer was no, but they totally blew the whole thing up for no reason.
