The next day was Labor Day so all other taxi companies were closed. Luna literally left me out in the cold (outside temperature 45 degrees and dropping, no jacket). Even the reservation process was simple, easy, and efficient (they will send you an e-mail when your driver arrives!). We ordered two vehicles (one limousine and one Chrysler 300 sedan) for a family funeral and our drivers Hans and Roger were beyond wonderful. The cars were pristine, they showed up earlier than on time, and the drivers were unbelievably personal/friendly. Their presence and high class service certainly made life easier for us on a day that was already difficult to begin with. This will certainly be the chaffeur company we use from now on in both our personal and business lives. We are not strangers to using livery services and there is something to be said for the personal service we received from Boston Chaffeur; not like the big guys (who we won't mention here). I had two very different experiences with Logan Express staff this morning…read more First, I want to recognize Laura Donna, who was scanning tickets. She was absolutely wonderful--friendly, welcoming, and an absolute gem. Her positive attitude at 5:30 in the morning made a real difference and is exactly the kind of customer service travelers appreciate. Unfortunately, my experience with the driver, Amy, was the complete opposite. While luggage was being loaded, I tried to place my own bag in the compartment. Rather than politely asking me to let her handle it or explaining the procedure, Amy rudely told me I was "trying to do her job." Her tone was unnecessarily confrontational and made for a very unpleasant start to the day. Laura Donna was kind enough to acknowledge my frustration afterward, which I appreciated. It's unfortunate that such excellent customer service from one employee was overshadowed by the poor attitude of another. I hope Laura Donna receives the recognition she deserves, and I also hope Amy is reminded that professionalism and courtesy are just as important as getting passengers to their destination.

Their location is conveniently close to the highway entrance. I got lucky and found a parking spot as someone was leaving at the time I arrived. It was easy to pay for tickets, and it was a very smooth ride. The driver was super friendly and helped with my luggage (very deserving of a good tip). I was dropped off at my terminal in a timely manner. My return was really smooth, as they arrived within a few minutes of the scheduled time (which makes sense since they pick up from different terminals). Again, it was a smooth drive back and another friendly and helpful driver.
