This has a decent selection of candies that are well organized…read more The store itself has a very overstimulating feel due to all the antique style tin posters everywhere. This is just not my vibe, I prefer candy stores to look like a cotton candy wonderland, or a Willy Wonka movie, not a gas station from the 50s. I took off some stars because I find the juxtaposition of toys and candy (mostly for kids) and a few more adult items in the store very odd. Nothing crazy, but there are some pinup style posters and a puzzle with female nudity. Also some sodas with pinup style women (Farrah faucet and Marilyn, etc.) Luckily my kids didn't notice any of it, I just think it would be nice to see an end of advertisements objectifying women. Also why the candy cigarettes, aren't they illegal?Feels like a step back in time (and progress).

Like when childhood was done right! They have fun gag gifts, posters, fun socks, and toys. Such an entertaining store to walk around in! If you need a horse mask... they've got it. You just never know when you might need one, and if you want a soda that taste like bacon or carrot cake... they've got that too. They have candy with meal worms and other insects as well. I'm sure you will be able to find just the right candy for you : )

I'm not sure what to say about Tulsa, OK. However, it is expensive here for no reason. Lol. No…read moreshade, it's a way of life which is different everywhere. Visiting Pinkitzel, I was so excited to see that they have cupcakes. I wanted a sweet treat that was just enough without overdoing it. When I walked into the very cute, we'll decorated and nicely organized shop, I was greeted by the cashier. As you walk in to your left is a cotton candy shelf, straight ahead is the cashier, macaroons, cupcakes, specialty chocolatea, ice cream and, to the right is all kind of bulk candy, modern and old fashioned candies. After walking around the shop that was nicely decorated, smelled good, and had a cute seating area in a bay window that looked out to the restaurants and other shops in the downtown Tulsa. I chose the cookies n'cream cupcake. So cute. The cupcake was moist and soft and had good flavor throughout the cupcake. The topping wasn't overbearing with being too much or too sweet. I've taken several photos of the shop and what it offers. After eating my cupcake, I went to look for goodies for my little one. When I went to pay, I was surprised to see how much I paid for two small items. To me, it was costly. Especially for one of them. I t was alright as they were gifts. I'd say when you come to Tulsa, plan out your budget. Overall, the shop was worth the visit for the experience and yummy treats. Happy Yelping!

The ladies working are always helpful, friendly, and willing to get you samples. There can be lines but they quickly get people to help out. The only pet peeve I have is parking. Which can get gummed up getting in, if people are slow about parking or backing out. But it's never a major problem and there is not really anything they can do to fix it, due to how the building sits along the road. This time I went crazy and 6 flavors home. Butter Rum - Great Cajun - A good standby Sprite (lemon and lime). - something unique. Carmel Nut - haven't tried yet. But sounds horrible Cheesy sour cream - decent but I think it's been better in the past. Pizza - my son's favorite.

Everything about this cute ice cream shop feels like the kind of place every small town... main street should have. Buzzing with families, friends and couples on a sweet date. The outside seating puts you right on main street which is fun to watch the downtown energy, making it a fun stop for people-watching, summer evenings, and casual family hangouts. The ice cream is creamy, rich, and packed with flavor without feeling overly heavy. Regular scoop is $5.00 which is the avg. price of competitors. Whether you go for a classic scoop or one of their colorful shaved ice desserts, everything tastes made for hot days and happy moods. This ice cream shop delivers old-fashioned feels. Sweet Shack Creamery isn't trying to be overly fancy -- it's trying to be fun, and nostalgic, which I love so much. I wish more ice cream shops were like this! A great little downtown stop for families, date nights, or anyone wanting dessert with a lively atmosphere.

When I entered, I was greeted by the smell of ice cream, the view of vibrant pink and blue colors of the store, and what looked like massive sprinkles on the wall. There were a few people in front of me in line, but it moved quickly and there was minimal time waiting. After sampling several different flavors, I settled on Bake Shoppe. This is a cookie dough ice cream with large chunks of chocolate chip cookie dough and brownie bites scattered throughout the creamy ice cream. Pricing was about $5 for a single scoop, which is in line with similar stores. There was plenty of seating throughout the store, and each room contained a different theme. These themes included a game room and a music room. There is also plenty of outdoor seating as well. Despite there being quite a few people savoring the beautiful summer evening on the front patio, I found an open seat and watched the traffic of downtown Jenks roll by the shop as I enjoyed my ice cream.
