I just moved to the area so it was very nerve racking to go to a new lash technician (I have horror stories from past experiences but that's a story for another time ) I reached out to the owner via Instagram and she was very responsive. I made the request to watch the technician lash someone else before they lashed me (again... because of past experiences). She was very understanding and told me to come in 15 minutes early so I could do that. 1. COMFY CHAIRS - the comfiest chair I've laid in for a lash appointment. So much so that I woke myself up from my own snoring 2. Aesthetic - the place was very well decorated and clean. 3. Quality lashes - the lashes on are very fluffy feeling - not stiff and uncomfortable 4. Glue - the glue is different than I'm used to. My other place would require you 24 hours before getting them wet but here you can wash them immediately after if you'd like. 5. I visited Candy Lash for a lash lift in February. I read the reviews and felt confident in their ability. I have been getting lash lifts for the past 5 years in my hometown and LOVE they was they look. As soon as the technician started it did not feel right. The manager came over and told me it was fine and "we do a lot of lash lifts". When she was done I realized one eye had the lashes so kinked that I can't get eye liner on, and the other looks like nothing was done. I called and was asked to come back to get them corrected. The manager told me the technician did not use the correct size rod and that she would make a note so this does not happen again. Another technician tried to correct them but it did not work. No one asked me if I was satisfied, or said they were sorry this happened. I do not recommend this business for lash lifts and I will not be going back! read more

Can't really tell you anything about the lash extensions since my appointment was canceled by Candy Lash 2 hours prior to my appointment. I rearranged my entire day to have my lashes done for this weekend. Here's the kicker, if you are a client and you cancel your appointment without a 24hr notice they will keep your $50.00 deposit. I'm really quite happy that Google lead me to Candy Lash Spa as I was here for a few months (longer then anticipated) and found myself stressed over not being able to get my lashes filled in Bonita Springs. They were super sweet and did a great fill for me despite it being another technicians work- it blended really nicely and I was impressed with how long they lasted compared to my regular fills. I am writing this review because I did not have a good experience at Candy lash spa for multiple reasons. One I believe the girl who did my lashes was training since someone was guiding her. Which is fine, but I paid money to have the job done right. Second they told me there was a summer special of $75 (deposit of $25 and pay $50 for time of service) for lift and tint but charged me 95? I had to call to get some of my money back. And they didn't seem happy to redo my lashes over the phone. I feel like they weren't there to satisfy customers or keep me as one. After a few days my lashes went back to normal... She had lifted them half way from my eyelid so they never got the full lift look. The pictures on their IG is nothing compared to what I had done or what a real professional lash lift looks like. That was my experience from there. And I think I just didn't get the right person but won't be going back since they were not understanding. read more

I'm annoyed. I have been getting my lashes done for the last 3 years, every three weeks. I live in Bonita Springs part time and when I've been here I've tried to book with Candy Lash 2-3 times in the last 6 months to no avail. I always give a weeks notice. Finally I got an appointment. They took me ten min late. Asked me to wash my lashes. I complied. I got back on the bed and the technician proceeds to wash my lashes again, getting some of her "primer" in my eye. Then she gets up, walks away for 5 minutes, brings some other technician in to look who recommends we do natural lashes. Fine. She rummages around some more, cleans them some more then tells me she can't do them unless she removes my entire full set and does a full replacement. Insists my lashes are a mess. I've been going to a high end lash salon in Los Angeles for the last two years. My lashes are not a mess. This was a bait and switch during slow season. I started stalking...I mean following Sara on social media about 2 months ago. So when I decided to take the leap and invest in eyelash extensions she was the first one I thought of. I messaged her with a million questions and without hesitation or making me feel like I was bothering her she answered sweetly and educated me. She even tagged me in photos that were most like the ones I was describing I wanted. The amount of time she took with me over messenger and even before I booked an appointment was above and beyond and 100% made me feel confident in booking. So I did! THEN right before my appointment I had a flu scare (2 out of 3 of us in my house had the flu) and I would have hated myself if I had given it to her. She so kindly rescheduled my appointment. On my appointment day my first impression of the space is that it's beautiful. The emerald green couch is something dreams are made of. So stunning. Sara herself is beautiful and very professional. To top all of that off my eyelashes are amazing. I got the volume and I receive compliments daily. But no one can tell I even have extensions! Most common question is "what mascara do you use?" This review is in regards to a facial package 'special' that I bought. Please, save your money. My package was for three Epiwave Express with a peel. The first one was very good, and included all that was told me it would-and lasted the full 45 mins. The second one, I did not received the peel; Terry stated that she wanted to use brightening products instead, and it last only 30 mins; I was disappointed. But the third and last one was really the reason I needed to let you know about. It lasted only 20 mins, and did not include the exfoliation, that I did receive with the facial and the peel on the first visit. Terry said that there is no way that it can be done together, even though I pointed it out that she did do it and I enjoyed the first one, that I expected the same facial for all three, not just one. And I was cut short on the time on #2 & #3. Please be aware that this happened, and I saw no visible results from #3 at all. read more

I have been getting lashes in Florence Ky for 10 years! I was on vacation in Bonita Springs Fl for a month and needed s fill in. I chose Candy Lash to fill in my extensions. It was HORRIBLE! I am used to having fabulous lashes! I got their Natural lash fill and you could not tell I had any extensions at all and they didn't even last 10 days! I went back for the next level lashes (fluffy) on Dec19th. It is one week later and I have NO lashes left it's been a frickin week! I know how to care for lash extensions. These just don't stay on. I don't know if the glue was old or what the problem was. My Christmas pictures are horrible because I am lash less! Never going to waste my $$ there again! read more

Sara is an artist. I have had my volume lashes for a couple of months now and waited to give a review. Mascara just doesn't give the volume that I wanted so wanted to try extensions. Sara has different looks depending on your desire. After my first visit, I was hooked and after a couple of touch ups, still feel as excited about the lashes. No more raccoon eyes and always looking glamorous feels great! I advise buying the cleanser. I didn't at first and it was harder to keep the lashes from clumping.
