I had the appointment card with me for the 7/17 date and time on it , held it up and showed her and then she insisted that someone called. I told her if they had, it wasn't my number they called. Anyway, I said I did not want to get into a further discussion and that I would get back to them if I wanted to reschedule. The receptionist at the desk was rude, never once apologized or said that they were sorry for the 'so-called mix up'. She was very uncaring and dismissive. I was shocked that she had no compassion at all and just wanted to get out of that office. Thinking it over on my way home, I made the decision not to go back to them and change to a new Dermatologist which I did. I notified them several times via text and then called them to inform them I was no longer going back to them. I finally received 3 calls back for a couple of different reasons and never once was asked why I was leaving nor apologize for the appointment mixup.
