This was a very cool store with so many sweet offerings. I loved their retro tin lunchboxes across the back wall, not to mention drawer after drawer of different gummy candy offerings. And of course all the chocolate creations at the front of the store. I ended up skipping the fudge and got a pound of dark chocolate cashew turtles, a 1/2 pound of dark chocolate pecan turtles, and a container of chocolate coffee beans. The clerk said they have been there for 25 years. They had the largest variety I've seen. Even had Orange Jelly Sticks with their premium candy. Very friendly and a great experience. read more

This shop is probably my biggest "guilty pleasure" in Great Falls. Everything about this store is outstanding. The staff is incredibly friendly and earnest. Not sure what your favorite flavor is (trust me they have quite a selection to choose from)? They are happy to cut you a tasting sample to help you make up your mind. They're fudge is to die for and their truffles doubly so. Your purchase is also very customizable. You don't have to buy a big ol block of fudge of just one flavor. They will dice it up however you like, in any combination of flavors. Aside from the soul snatching chocolate, they also have a wide variety of candy for kids...or adults if chocolate isn't your thing. Their pricing is also quite fair. I've had stuff in Denver that was almost twice the price, but only half as good. Bottom line, if you have a sweet tooth, stop in immediately. I love their homemade fudge! We went in to check it out and found out that you can buy bulk candy by the pound! There's M & M's of every color in bulk. They have tons of different candies, even the ones you thought they didn't make anymore. This is my favorite store in Great Falls, for real. When people ask me what there is to do in the city, I send them to the candy shop. They let me sample their taffy and I can watch it being stretched right before my eyes! Also, I got a trivia question right and got a free truffle! Besides that, the things I pay for have all been delicious and the ladies who work here are some of the nicest people I've met anywhere. They also have a vegan candy section, which I thought was nice and inclusive to different diets. read more

Candy Masterpiece is a fun place to get a lot of candy. The saltwater taffy is amazing. My two favorite items are the Coconut Curry Cashews and the Pink Grapefruit chews. Also, the dipped pretzel sticks are supergood. They have a huge selection of malt balls or varying flavors from espresso to tiramisu. A large collection of licorice. An impressive selection of sugar free items. I was excited to try the truffles and creams and cordials. They were OK. I know not everyone has the same palate. Chocolate is kind of like wine . . . so much variety. There are true experts who have made wine their life's work and pursuit. Then there are regular people who fancy themselves experts and look down their noses at everyone else and criticizing their taste. And then there are the rest of us. It's the same with chocolate. My Dad made candy and I have tried lots of different types of chocolate, but I don't claim to be an expert. I just know what I like. The creams, cordials, and truffles didn't appeal to me. That said, I didn't try everything, so it's conceivable that I missed something I would have liked. However, the staff are lovely and obliging. They are happy to let you sample. I'm almost out of taffy and pink grapefruit chews, so I'll be back before returning from whence I came. read more

A great place to go for candy. The staff is friendly and courteous and a big assortment of candy, of all kinds, hits the eyes immediately when walking in the door. They make their own chocolates and fudge which is a special treat from the typical store bought packaged stuff. They have a wide assortment of taffy and a whole bunch of retail treats as well.
