I found Sam by way of a referral I saw on line and booked Mausi for a lion cut. Sam did a gorgeous job. Mausi usually hides when I try to handle her but when she got home she ate and went and laid in her favorite spot calm as can be. Highly recommend this amazing cat groomer! Will be back

Upon rescheduling that appt an emergency knee appt was needed for me at the same time of the rescheduled time. My dog has been with them for a while now andI was asking for them to go to a different location for this one appt. ( three blocks from my home) . When I saw that there was no response I canceled my knee appt to be present for the grooming appt. When I called Bridgette she didn't answer but immediately sent me a text message. Basically letting me know she was unable to go to a different location ( they don't operate that way) that she was canceling my dog appt and that she would no longer be able to service her. I had just called her two minutes prior to her sending the message to say I canceled my knee appt and would be home. I left messages, called numerous times and she never responded back. It's unfortunate but very unethical to run business in this manner. There was no reason to cancel my dog services but she made it clear that she could no longer service her! I don't recommend them because clearly it's all about the dollar bill with them. They lack empathy and don't value their customers in my opinion!

Petsmart out the door with their Top Coat package and tip always came to $80 bucks or so. I was presented a total bill for $60 for all services which I felt compelled to tip more thanks to price and the quality of job done. I find pricing very reasonable considering they come to you. They could be overcharging during these times but are not. I will plan to setup regular appointments from here on.

We took the time to explain what we wanted, but it felt like our requests were not listened to. A Pomeranian's coat is an important part of their health and appearance, so having it shaved without our approval was extremely upsetting. We expected better communication and for our instructions to be followed. Sadly, that was not our experience, and we won't be returning.

It genuinely made my experience so much better talking to her! We just came back from getting my 9 year old Pitbulls nails filed and they look amazing!!! People normally do not get her nails as short (my girl can be vocal sometimes) but Meyers did wonderful. They even have a nail punch card, buy 10 nail trims get the 11th free. We love this place!

Ok! This is for us. (Who knew?) Dropped in on a Saturday AM. Explained situation. They understood what was up. They would use their nail clippers vs the Dremel I was using at home. Nails trimmed in no time flat. Friendly staff helped get Frank out to the car afterward. (I use a rollator. Frank has zero manners. Huge fall risk.) BUT she also helped get Frank calmed by allowing him to go to the bathroom and then helped get him into the minivan afterward. W h e w . Huge help. Frank is now walking much better. He is more comfortable. Great nail trim job just into itself. While in their shop, they helped make recommendations for grooming tools for his unusual (German Shepherd x Husky mutt) coat. They were able to address both of what had been our two biggest problem areas. I've been coming to Meyer's for years with my two previous Canaan Dogs. Meyer's dealt with their tricky dispositions easily. Meyer's has provided reliably superlative services throughout. The dogs loved it at Meyer's. Glad to see Meyer's remains in Roscoe as ever and still provides the same level of doggie care.
