This was the first time we were going to be away from our fur girl for any extended period of time and had a ton of reservations about what to do with Mabel during our trip. Alicia put all of our worries at ease right away. Prior to our vacation, she encouraged us to bring Mabel over for a tour of the facilities and my wife was shocked with how quickly Mabel warmed up to her. Throughout the entire trip, Alicia would text my wife with a pic or video of our girl and she literally looked like she was living her best dog life!! From swimming excursions to playing with other doggos, Mabel looked very happy and like she was enjoying herself immensely. The extra care and communication with us was just entirely next level and really gave us a worry-free time away. This is an exceptional business and we would trust them time and again if we ever decide to take another extended trip or if we just needed a dog sitter for a day or so. Not to mention their prices are very reasonable compared to other places. I have tried other boarding services and my dogs are always stressed when they come home. This is the only place that my anxious pups will allow people to trim their nails and give them baths. I'm not sure what they use for shampoo, but my dogs always smell like they left the hair salon when they get baths there. You can really tell that Kristen and Betty truly care about the dogs.

I asked for their surveillance footage of the incident and was only ever given still shots of the video. Their claims as to what happened to my baby did not match up with her injuries. Grace is permanently injured and will never be the same. Their claim that they are honest is very far from the truth. I never even got an apology. They blamed the injuries on my Grace saying she didnt behave on the grooming table. Awful place!

Grooming is done on the premises as well and our dogs looked & smelled wonderful when we picked them up. Obedience training is also something that Crooked Tail offiers. Hayley Wagner, the owner, is a very gifted women, who works so well with all dogs. It takes a very special person to take care of so many dogs and keep them all happy, but Hayley does it ALL.
