Normally, he jumps up on me when I've returned to a boarding businesses to retrieve him as he is so happy to go home. This time, he was very calm and took his time hopping into my vehicle. I traveled internationally for two weeks and needed a pet sitter to care for my cat. I decided on Hailee because the cost was reasonable. Throughout the duration of my vacation I was routinely told that my cat could not be found. It seemed like little to no effort was made to find or play with my cat, luckily my family was able to visit and play with my cat using minimal effort. She filled up food but did not fill up the water in the two weeks leading me to believe that she was unreliable, however she did show up everyday and was able to bring in packages. I will not be using her services again in the future, I do not feel that I can trust her with my pet.

We walked in the door and the woman immediately started going off on my aunt and flipped her off. Her reasoning, my aunt hung up on her earlier that day. My aunt claims she didn't hang up on her so chances are it was on accident. She has a janky phone that doesn't even let her call certain numbers. Plus it's a smart phone and she's not very tech savvy. Anyways, she's going off on us and proceeds to grab Tori and start clipping her nails while going off on my aunt and continuing to flip her off. She wasn't paying attention to what she was doing and she was jerking Tori around and screaming at us about her "husband that can't sh*t". Tori gets nervous getting her nails done as it is. I was very calm throughout the whole incident whereas my aunt told her she was rude and walked out. Taking Tori with her. We didn't let her finish. She did one paw and half of one back and expected us to pay. When I expressed my feelings about her flipping my aunt off and told her we weren't paying, she told me I was being rude now. She threatened to call the cops on me! All I did was tell her even if we were being rude, we are her customers. It's life and sometimes we have to deal with it. I walked out and came back with a check. I only payed for the cut for Bella and she flipped me off when I was leaving. She's lucky she got the check for the cut. In total, she flipped us off 4 times while we were there, she jerked Tori so much that she yelped, and she left Tori bleeding everywhere. We immediately took Tori somewhere else to get her nails fixed and she was much calmer. I don't suggest going to Doggone Grooming for your pet care."

So my husband attempted to drop him off and nobody was there. He waited until 730 and brought him back home and went on to work. I get a phone call about missing the appointment, explained what happened and rescheduled for the following week and them assuring that someone would be there at 7. My husband showed up the following week to drop our puppy off and AGAIN nobody there. He called , waited until 715 and a girl showed up. She was not nice to my husband and told him that they don't open until 8 unless we had an appointment. He explained that we did and she was rude. Jump ahead to October we made another grooming appointment and play day, dropped her off at 9 and picked her up at 330 and they forgot to groom him. Most recently I dropped him off for a grooming and when I picked him up the lady was very rude and unprofessional.
