This all happened over the course of just three days. Since then, he's been anxious and fearful, even when we leave him at home for short periods. It's heartbreaking to see him this way after what he went through. We trusted this facility to care for our family member, and that trust was completely broken. The BC, however, was bathed but NOT de-shedded. I mean, there's still hair everywhere. And no clipping at all. Another $100 (plus tax). So, overall, not pleased with the pricing on the little one nor the results on the BC. Will not return.

She showed up for one dog training session a few months back then disappeared. She is not responding to phone calls or texts to schedule future sessions. It has been several months and I am out of $1000+ dollars and have a completely untrained dog. I can only assume that Teal is no longer with us or unable to communicate, because I cannot imagine that any human would take over $1000 and not provide the service.
