I asked the best way to get updates and if picture updates were able to be done. I was told to text their number they had previously contacted me with as long as it's before 9 pm. I texted the number the first afternoon after I dropped my dog off and didn't receive a response until the following day. I again requested picture updates which I was told they would send some, however I never received any during my dogs week long stay. My dog also came home with multiple scabs on all 4 legs and hot spots on his paws and between his back legs. I have boarded my dog at multiple kennels/doggy daycare and he has not come home with these type of scabs and hot spots before which I know can be from stress. The price was the best I had found and convenient location for living south of Olathe which were the positives of his stay.
