Amy and Marie walked my dog from the 2nd day I had her at home until the day I moved away from Kansas City and they are by far 10x better of anyone else out there. Not only does she love animals, but she also does a great job reinforcing the positive behaviors that we as pet owners try so hard to instill in our little angels :-). On top of that, Amy is also the consummate business person: 1) her team is on time, every time 2) she is extremely professional in her approach to the business side of the relationship: showed proof of insurance, offers flexible payment terms instead of just taking a check, and she treats all of her clients with the utmost respect But most of all, she gives you the peace of mind EACH AND EVERY DAY that your pet is being cared for the way you would yourself, and she sends a personalized text message with a visit recap and a picture of your little bundle of joy. I used to look forward to those text everyday. If you live in the KC area, and you need a dog walker and you don't hire Amy, you are not giving your pet the best they could get, so stop looking around and call Four Leg Stretch. I've been working with them for several months, but today Julie went above and beyond. Loki (Shepherd) had recently had a foot wound with some stitches and was in a cone. Julie found that he had gotten out of his cone and demolished it and had been licking at it. They called me and let me know and even stayed with the dogs as I sped home. I wouldn't use anyone else. They not only took good care of our two cats, they fed and watered them, watered the plants and took in the mail. They like animals and our cats received daily socialization in our home during our absence. Even though it had been a while since we used their service, Jayne remembered us and was pleased to accept our return visit. She came over before our trip to get the keys and to meet our newest cat. The other cat had passed since we last used their service. Jayne was also able to become acquainted with Miss Pooh. Jayne and Larry are great, Larry fed Mr. Bub cat treats and made an instant friend for life. We most recently used Fidos & Felines this past week and just arrived home early this morning to find our mail neatly stacked ready to read, a nice note from Jayne and Larry telling us about their week with our cats. Jayne texted us during our vacation to give us updates on the cats and we were welcome to do the same, if we wanted information about our fur babies. What I most appreciated was the peace of mind knowing that my cats were in good hands, being fed, having their boxes scooped and that someone was keeping an eye on the home front. Promised to call me before they dis anything other than blood work. This horrible person decided to do an exploratory surgery and killed my dog, which she left me a dang voice mail telling me she dis the unapproved surgery and my dog died. Then when I went ro retrieve my Butter Cup a Chow Mix she cut her up and stuck her in a box that there was NO way my dog would of fit in unless she chopped her up into pieces. I was so mortified and couldn't bring myself to open that box. She even demanded payment. I should of sued her but that would NOT of brought my beloved dog back. If you want a dog euthanized no questions ask she is your person. Other than that Do NOT recommend. Ps our dog is not the only one she has killed doing unnecessary procedures on.
