Terrible Customer Service! The guy wobbled in the room…read moreafter I had spoken to someone else that gave me the pad to look over what I wanted. He was completely rude the entire time I was there. He didn't want me to use the pad for some reason and kept rushing me. When I finished checking off the items, he turned around and was in a huff. I asked about any discounts but he said everything I got wasa already discounted (which I don't believe because he wouldn't give me back the pad). I paid in cash and left. I looked in my bag and I only had four items but my order was eight items. I had to go back to the store even though I was in a hurry. My friend that was with me ( and has her own card) went back in with me. AGAIN....RUDE! When I told him I didn't get the entire order, he shrugged his shoulders. My friend told him he "could just say "My bad" and move on" to which he said "OK". A%%HOLE!!! I am going to contact the corporate office. He should find a job that he likes instead of being such a rude fat boy!

When I got there, the door was locked. I called the number on the door and it was answered by an auto attendant for Cana MD. It said it was transferring my call and then hung up on me. I tried three times never got through. I finally called the number on the website and told them about this completely inconvenient situation that I was in and said if you want to continue with my business, I'm happy to reschedule with a new doctor but I want this consultation to be free. They said they can't do that so it's time to find a company that actually respects the customers that go to them. I do not recommend Canna MD and suggest that you choose one of the other 100 or so cannabis doctors in The delray Beach area

I walked in and there was only 1 other customer. A gal leaves around the corner and waived me over to her counter. I noted that the place was spacious, bright, and a little cheerful. It's the common look of most spots in South Florida from what I have seen. She got right to it and went over the options. She was plenty cheerful and quite helpful. A manager had to come over to help with something at one point and he was great too. He said it had been a madhouse and that I was a little lucky the hour that I had stopped in. Things were good to go pretty quick, and I was on my, grateful that I had popped into the right place at the right time.

I've always chosen Rise over other places because the quality is great and, until recently, the staff has always been kind and helpful. Today was completely different. I called ahead and explained that I do not currently have a car because I was in an accident, and that I was waiting on a Lyft to get there. I was told they would stay open and help me. Then, when I arrived and was literally pulling up, the employees saw me and ran out of the store to their cars. I understand businesses have closing times. What I do not understand is telling a customer you'll wait, being rude and passive aggressive on the phone, and then leaving while watching that customer arrive, especially after I explained my situation. The way this was handled was beyond disappointing and honestly disgusting. Since the previous manager left, the customer service at this location has noticeably gone downhill. I have always loved Rise, but today made me feel completely disrespected as a loyal customer. I hope management takes this seriously, because this is not how frequent customers should be treated.
