For one with the person who came in seconds to close- should have done one order or show up 5 minutes earlier. Close is close- its a business and the employees don't set the hours. They care so much about what they put out. Olivia asks how the products were and always informs me about my points and any new promotions. The prices are always different because they have a sale of 20% storewide on a different day once a week, every week. Only con is they are Closed Sundays and they open fairly late in the day at 11 or 12 depending on the day.

This guy is super knowledgeable and isn't trying to push the most expensive product on you which some dispensaries do he wants what's right for you. 1 Star - Pathetic Customer Experience…read more Went to Big Gas Dispensary today, and I was absolutely appalled by the so-called "security guard" on duty. It's two days before Christmas, the parking lot is full (obviously), and this guy thinks it's his job to harass paying customers about where to park when there's nowhere to park! Instead of focusing on actual security, he's out there acting like a parking lot dictator. News flash: this is a dispensary, not a high-security government building. How about focusing on making the shopping experience smoother for stressed-out holiday customers instead of power-tripping in a chaotic parking lot? Big Gas, do better. I won't be back anytime soon.
