The best i would say are Olivia and Eileen. No matter issue or question they are there to help. I saw a few reviews below that i don't think are helpful reviews on the store. For one with the person who came in seconds to close- should have done one order or show up 5 minutes earlier. Close is close- its a business and the employees don't set the hours. They care so much about what they put out. Olivia asks how the products were and always informs me about my points and any new promotions. The prices are always different because they have a sale of 20% storewide on a different day once a week, every week. Only con is they are Closed Sundays and they open fairly late in the day at 11 or 12 depending on the day.

Anyone can get a medical card as long as you pay a lot of money. I don't believe they understand that there's a lot of competition around plenty of dispensaries everywhere now and smoke shops. The delivery was even worse. $13 delivery fee and then I find out the driver doesn't carry change. Not just that driver either - I called the store and they told me this is their standard and it's expected all change is additional tip so it's basically expected. That puts you in a really uncomfortable position because you're forced to overtip or figure it out on the spot. I ended up tipping cash thinking that was it but then the card machine added another $5 tip on top. 20 minute ordeal because the driver didn't have my $10 for change and card machine wasn't working. Ended up tipping that much after all btwn. Card & cash. The store couldn't take my payment over the phone either. Total tip came out to $21 which is crazy for what it was. Between the fees and the way they handle tipping I wouldn't order from here again. Not to mention I ordered hours before on Weedmaps awaiting my delivery which was cancelled. I was told they have no officiation. Why not attempt to resolve w/Weedmaps as I am sure I am not the first customer this has happened to. I did not receive my order until after 9PM

I've been going to Farmers Choice for some time now and have always felt welcomed by the Staff…read more I had recently gone in to make a purchase and Jordan who worked the register that day had informed me of some deals of the day that would benefit me (he revamped my whole order saved me a ton of money). I would also like to thank Brie/Brianna, Apurbo (and literally everyone) behind the counter and Dylan working the pharmacy for their hospitality and good attitude. It isn't easy to work customer service but if done right can make a world of a difference to the customer. I can't remember everyone's names, but I usually leave feeling better than when I arrived. The manager Brett/Bret also works the floor quite often and in my experience, thats always a good sign. He is very amiable as well. They have free popcorn sometimes (like today) and it's phenomenal. The deals are also wild.
