I've had the same pre-roll burn unevenly or clog on multiple occasions. Each time before, the staff acknowledged the issue and made it right. Today, I was simply asking if I should try a different strain since it keeps happening. Instead of listening, I felt like I was being dismissed and treated as if I was making it up. Customer service isn't about proving who's right--it's about listening, finding a solution, and making people feel valued. Sometimes taking care of a loyal customer is worth more than winning an argument. Because of this interaction, I won't be returning. It's disappointing because the rest of the team has always provided a great experience.
