A friend and I each bought a pack of kratom capsules from here.... Got home and a buddy opened his pack and it was short, so he called back and the lady got an attitude saying there's no proof we didn't take them out so there's nothing they can do, so I kept mine unopened and went back and let her open my pack and count them and my pack was short also and she started yelling saying we are weird for counting and she got a major attitude started yelling in our faces saying we are the problem and that they don't care and aren't going to do anything for us? lol that is fine I will never be back! Terrible customer service, the lady had no clue about anything and couldn't answer any of my questions and was a major ass hole literally yelling in our faces for coming back, I advise you to not go here it's a ripoff and a scam with ass holes working here. The other manager was cool in the past but I guess it's hard to find good employees these days, just get your needs from highlife they've got the same stuff, worst experience I've ever encountered inside a retail store. read more

I want to take the time to write this review. For 14years I have struggled with extreme chronic pain from endometriosis and PCOS. I have been on different pain meds over the years and because of the issues we have with trying to get pain meds I had to be forced off of them. This made my life a living hell. I am 24years old and I finally heard people talk about Kratom and yesterday I went here to try some. I was greeted by Caden who helped me figure out which was the best for me and I bought it. Today my pain was a 8/10 and that was not a good sign. So I took the pills (4) and I am feeling amazing right now. Already comfortable and able to take a nap, because I'm feeling much better.
