I lived at a 5-6 daily with sometimes constant weeks of 10+ pain. I'd tried the PT, I tried the Chiro, I tried the laundry list of Dr prescribed Meds (ie. Gabapentin, Meloxicam, too many others to list), I tried the shots in my spine, I was stretching for 45+ mins after waking and before bed, but I was not getting constant relief. I read a post one night in my neighborhoods FB group about Tali Acupuncture and hopeful but defeated I reached out to schedule an appointment (through the VA, forgot to mention I'm a disabled Vet).
