I wanted to share feedback about a ready-made kale salad I purchased from Sprouts during my lunch break yesterday. When I opened it, I was disappointed by how little salad was inside. The portion felt more like a side dish than a full meal and did not match the price. They need to do better with portion consistency and quality control. Customers are purchasing these salads as meals, and the serving size should reflect that. They have to remember that these are mostly adults purchasing these items in a hurry, and for the ones that's preparing these items need to understand they're not preparing these for children. They are being prepared for adults. If this is an adult size portion, I can imagine what a kids meal or kids portion looks like. read more

Emily is always RUDE as fuck when I come I already got her like 3 times prior to this review and I think maybe she's just having a bad day..... then i hear her gossiping about her coworker who needs assistance in the self checkout area to clear an item and she just rolls her eyes and says under he breath "you just cant fucking wait" and then her other coworker who is right next to her goes and gossips to her about it???? HOME OF THE $5.99 SANDWICH MEALS! Where can you find the perfect meal deal? Sprouts! It's true, for you Sprouts diehards this is nothing new, but for newcomers I beg you to come and purchase a combo. The meal deal comes with a sandwich of your choice, either a listed sandwich or make-your-own sandwich, a bag of chips, and a refreshing bottle of water. Yup, it's a great deal and perfect for lunch or dinner. I recommend the roasted turkey sandwich! Sprouts has options for meat eaters and vegetarians alike. The service is pretty great at sprouts, we got a nice sandwich artist this time around and she was very thorough when crafting our orders. She also greeted us and bid us farewell with a nice demeanor. The lady even reminded us to not forget our chips and drinks, how nice! Overall, the store is very clean and inviting. I enjoy finding the glorious amounts of organic produce. Everything is easy to find and organized. Sprouts has a vitamin section, dairy items, deli, frozen foods, cereal, and my personal favorite, bakery items! They have VEGAN chocolate chip cookies, um YESSS! All the cookies are excellent and so tasty at this store. Not into vegan? Don't sweat, a majority of their bread and bakery items are non-vegan anyway. Sprouts has a self-checkout option now which is a massive benefit. When you're feeling anti-social it's nice to grab your stuff, pay, and leave haha. I also spotted a seating area! We love shopping at our local Sprouts. We love the fact that they have a large selection of organic food, and just as important is the friendliness and helpfulness of their caring team. Even the management team will take the time to answer questions and assist in making the shopping experience positive. Not only do they care about one's shopping experience, they also care and ask about the status of family members who may be dealing with life's challenges. The entire team is like family. Great produce, meat decent. Most everything else, e.g., jars and can, boxed more expensive than other markets. A jar of jelly that is two dollars at WinCo is Seven Dollars here. But worse is service. At checkout the cashier and bagger are in heavy personal discussion. You have to fight to check a price or give bagging instruction . The stocking is horrible, e.g., Barbecue Chicken has tag buy two get 59 percent off. But shelftag, does not give price,; you have to grab a greasy box or ask a floor associate who doesn't know. Can see why losing business to Villarreal, Stator, WinCo, WM, Mike's. You can have higher prices but you need better service. I am happy to pay for quality, i.e., better quality bread but would like service.one time they sent a girl on price check, she couldn't find item. This Sprouts is really great, they always have the fresh organic produce that I like to get! It's very clean and well kept. They also have a deli section where you can ask to make a sandwich! Something I haven't really seen in other stores, is this Sprouts has a seating area to have lunch! The workers are always very nice, and great environment! Every time I come to this location it's always well stocked and clean and my sushi every Wednesday is always fresh. Not to mention the employees are always so helpful and accommodating. My Best friend and I came in this evening to get some sandwiches. (she's pregnant and we all know how those cravings are and she was craving a sprouts sandwich specifically! we came in really excited, she for her craving, and myself just due to not having been into the store in a long while remembering how delicious the sandwiches usually are. When we got to the counter there were no other customers immediately next to us, but the woman (Susan) was making some sandwiches. Eventually, the person waiting for the sandwiches walks up and asks if the worker changed her gloves (because her daughter had certain allergies) and Susan was very snippy, and full of attitude with her tone and her face. I blew it off not knowing the full story and was finally able to order. And from having not had a good experience with her myself; I understand why the other customer was upset. Because i hadnt been in a while, i was unaware of the sheets you put an order on, she basically yelled at me for not knowing. she was making 2 sandwiches for my friend and I. two different types of sandwiches. and she got some of the other persons toppings onto her gloves and didn't change them. And her attitude was extremely unpleasant as well. Very aggressive and unwelcoming. As if that experience wasn't uncomfortable enough, the security guard tonight had a snippy attitude when telling us the side set of doors are closed. we said okay thank you and walked to the other doors and the guard was almost ONTOP of us she was following us so closely. I have shopped at quite a few different Sprouts locations and the Hemet location is by far my favorite. This location has some of the best selections of fresh food and is always stocked with everything. When I come here on a daily basis, I am greeted by some of the best employees and management I have ever come across. The team is not only friendly, but beyond helpful which is incredible! The store is very clean and the ambiance is welcoming to customers. I shop this store frequently. There is always a nice selection of fresh meats to choose from. The produce is fresh and usually well stocked. They have a pretty nice wine selection, as well. The layout is open and inviting and the staff are always friendly and willing to help if I need advice or assistance. I like the variety of natural remedies and supplements. There are staff who make you feel welcome and there are staff who make you feel like you are bothering them. The choices of produce and other food items is decent. The customer service leaves something to be desired. 3/5 times I've felt like I was an inconvenience to the workers due to my asking of a question. In the middle of a personal conversation between workers. Since it s the only Sprouts local, I came here but I will make the travel to other locations for better quality of service. read more

This is a really nice Sprouts market. It's clean, well stocked, and they have a bigger selection than the Riverside location, selling both organic and non-organic produce. They sell Boar's Head brand lunch meats and cheeses. They have a good selection of pre-prepped foods in their deli. They also have an interesting section of magazines available. Every staff member was very polite and attentive. One thing that bugged me was when I went to pay, their card system was failing. Finally after about the fifth try, it accepted payment. It slowed down the flow of the growing line, both before me and I'm sure after I left. The clerk was apologetic and it was fine, no triple charges on my account or anything. The organic vegetables at the store are usually old wrinkly and rotten. I've taken a photo of the organic peppers. This is just one example of old organic veggies. It puzzles me as to why some of the organics are not refrigerated. It is unusual to find fresh vegetables at this store. I have talked to management several times and they say they will address it. Thank god, Sprouts is in this part of this "cowshit country". I just it hope it stays open. BE SURE TO LOOK OVER YOUR SHOULDER AT ALL TIMES for possible danger....you also may witness someone running out of the store with stolen goods. I cannot specifically say what a "criminal" looks like, but I have a feeling you may be able to spot one or two (or three or four) in this area. The usual quality food to be had here....it's worth the drive for me to buy decent food quality. It feels weird to shop at a market where they need guards. I don't know what the male employees do here when they have to use the restroom simultaneously. I feel for them. Maybe they schedule it? There is only one toilet and it's shared with the public. How do I know this? I simply asked the store manager after having to return twice, waiting for him to finish dropping his deuce. His name was German (the Dr. Evil looking little guy). One toilet! I have only the nicest things to say about this store. I've been visiting this spot since it was Henry's, and while I don't live in Hemet, or near Hemet, or in a city that reminds me of Hemet, or hang out with people who know where Hemet is, or have Hemet updates on my Nixle, or remember how Hemet got its name, or understand Hemet, or leave my in-laws house when I visit Hemet, ... occasionally while in Hemet, sometimes we need tomatoes or something. Stater Brothers is fine but I don't want to get hassled by the gas can brigade in the lot, so we head over here. The store is clean and well-stocked. Prices for produce are always good--cheaper for most things than even the big box grocery chains. And two words: Pistaccio muffins. They're mean, they're green, and they ain't too far in-between. Sure, KMart has been gone for a decade... but this place is still a reliable place to get your grocery shopping done, or to buy a healthy lunch for a walk around the Ramona Bowl. read more

Sprouts actively discriminates against the public with disabilities who cannot wear masks!! This is direct violation of CA civil code 51 equal protections under the law!!! There is no state law requiring a mask to enter a businesin CA!!. There are health mandates and guidelines that have been published by the california state health department these are guidelines and not LAW!!! In fact the CA state COVID-19 Employer Handbook which was put out by Gavin Newsom specifically says not to harrass customers and the public on page 29!!! Here is the actuall verbage from page 29!!!!! Workers should avoid confronting coworkers or members of the public who are not wearing a face covering for the purpose of attempting to enforce any facecovering recommendation or requirement. In these instances, workers should maintain at least a 6-foot distance from others and raise any concerns to their supervisor. Employers should train their workers on what to do in such situations, including how to minimize risk of workplace violence and what to do to get support when de-escalation efforts are unsuccessful in these situations. Consider using the following language: * "Following the guidelines (on face coverings or distancing) can protect you and everyone else, so we ask that you follow them." * "If you don't have a face covering, we'd be happy to provide one (if available)." * For customers and visitors to the workplace: "We regret that you're unwilling to follow the guidelines. Please give us a bit of time to organize the area to allow additional physical distance between you and other people."Apparently SPROUTS Employees have not read it!!! Sprouts pretends to be above the law and actively harrases customers that try to enter without a mask. I was verbally abusesd by the black security guard and told to "get the fuck out" and if I didn't leave he was going to physically assault me!! Check your security cameras SPROUTS!!! I was not trespassing I was not stealing!!! I was in a store with about a hundred other people shopping!!!! Not wearing a mask is not a crime in CA!! But harrasment, intimidation and threats are!!! I was a regular customer of sprouts and have been shopping there since they were still HENRY'S Market off of stetson and State St. NO More!!! Sprouts reasoning is that they offer curbside pickup or you can use instacart and pay a fee!!!! That is not equal protections under the law!! People who cannot wear masks have to pay a fee to obtain the same groceries that those who choose to wear a mask don't. This is not fair and equal protections under the law!! People with disabilities need the same accomodations as those that aren't. I now shop freely at WINCO and Walmart without being harrased for being disabled. I respect companies who respect their customers and value thier dollar.
