This place was good when first opened now just seems subpar. Now seems like lower grade establishment. They never seem to restock same inventory. Almost run off the basis of we never know what we will be getting. Products seem to always be lesser of other dispensaries. Whether in regards to dryness, quality, price, or overall potency, Never seem to hit the mark always less. Even the fact they have signs inside the store stating that their product may be 10% less then stated dosent sit right. Clearly others have questioned the product like I have to promote a sign to be hung..... parking lot is usually a mess, and on a busy day extends out into the street and causes traffic on the main road. This is the best dispensary in MA that I have found. Prices are absolutely reasonable. (I compare all prices based on $10/gram). Majority of their prices align with this well & their premium weed is priced appropriately as well. The people who work there are kind and helpful. It is a small store, not the best for in person perusing, but their online menu is quite reflective of their inventory and they make it easy to order online and pick up. It's always packed no matter what time you go, but they're very speedy at getting people in an out. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! read more

What was once one of the best "customer centric" dispensaries around with excellent pricing has now sunk to a new low. I had been extremely satisfied with this place and even enrolled in their "Cannafam" program but now will be bringing my business elsewhere. Upon buying (3) vape cartridges last Friday I opened one up yesterday to find it defective. Not only was it missing about 1/2 it's volume (it was supposed to be a .500) but when put on a battery, it was clearly defective. I did not have my paper receipt but as a Cannafam member I had the email of the receipt of purchase. The manager told me they do not accept cartridge returns after 24hrs and without a PAPER receipt. Total BS as the email receipt has the same information as a paper receipt. Clearly she simply did not believe me. So buyer beware you are expected to open the cart as soon as you get it to ensure it's what you paid for and do it quickly as the 24hr clock is ticking. I used to always go to CannaVanna but Compared to other dispensaries they are definitely more expensive and that stopped go there as much. This place was great for the first 2 months. Then it was the old bait and switch. Prices went up on everything. They hired a bunch of new staff members that are clueless. The budtender i dealt with could not spell Ghost when looking up Ghost Train Haze for me. They need to hire people that are actually educated on marijuana strains and concentrates. Be very careful when using credit/debit cared. I was charged by them twice. They add it to the total when you order online. So I went in paid and t change back. Was charged 2.75 that time. Now im looking at my bank statement and they took another charge of 2.75. ( my bank also charged me but i knew that. So they charged me the fee at the store and now again. I just want to take a minute to update my review as there was some confusion about the new regulations regarding curbside. Due to the CCC regulations, If your order comes to say, $52.00 they round up your change to the nearest $5 so you would need to get your $3 in cash back. They figured out that they can put it in the bag which is great. They briefly were under the impression they had to have you go inside to collect your change, which defeats the purpose of curbside and was enraging. I hated having to go inside and deal with the BS and I'm glad they were able to figure out the loophole. Great dispensary but avoid having to go inside if you can. read more

Horrible customer service !! COUNT UR STUFF people!!!! twice they mis counted my pre rolls . They gave me one back bc it was the same day of the complaint. They took my reciept from the week before without a check on "the hulk" pre roll so clearly their fault, they had to go onto the cameras. I had to call them back to see the update they checked the wrong day in system and honestly i just let them have it bc it took so long and they had my receipt and i was done dealing with it. $15 out the window when we already bend over for these places smh. I must say I've been to many dispensaries all around New England I have my medical marijuana card so I normally wouldn't go to a recreational shop but this place hands-down has the some of the best bud I ever gotten anywhere in the many dispensaries. The La Kush cake was absolutely Worth the price. For lack of better words the Bud's were frosty AF I'm was flying 30% THC I would certainly put it up there in the top five in the state. if they can keep this up, maybe number one very soon. Selection of weed strains is terrible. Sativas are such low THC concentrations and overall quality of the weed is terrible. They force you to take out money to tip the cashier. You have to order ahead of time so the cashiers don't do much besides confirm your online pickup. If you want a personalized experience go somewhere else. Absolutely never going back. This is my first attempt at reviewing any product or service I have received from any company, but I feel so strongly about my experience that I need to inform others. I am an avid pot smoker and have been to plenty of dispensaries. There are friendlier dispensaries in this area that also offer a better selection and better customer service. Got a cart that was defective and they have no help. It was a good product but I'm very disappointed that their customer service sucked when told their disposable battery was dead they couldn't "return" my item. It's an exchange, not a return, and a disposable is meant to work until the product has been used. Went here to try some different brands of concentrate. I use a puffco peak and have found waxes/badder/budders/crumbles work best for me. So I bought a 1g package of badder and a 2g package of wax. When I got home it was clear the 2g package of wax was not wax, but a distillate. I called the store to see if there was a mistake or if I could exchange this for a different wax and was told they wouldn't do anything. So I'm out a week's worth of money and medicine. If you're not a newbie and know what you like there are plenty of other spots, these people obviously dont know much about concentrates. read more

I went to Cannavana the other day for the first time to get a few carts and prerolls I accidentally got a cold press cart and thought something was wrong with it (but it just needed to be heated in hot water for 20 minutes) the staff was so great in helping me with this! The receptionist Allyson was so friendly and prioritized getting me help quickly and Deb, the manager, was super helpful and informative in helping me pick some additional items while there.
