The gent who waited on me did not/would not apply my 40 permanently disabled veteran member member discount. He blamed a new system glitch. $118 overpayment. But he could make a 3 vial vape 25% Tuesday discount on 3 of 6 vaporizer cartridges. Stop pay dispute on tomorrow calendar if proper credit back on card and re-shopping for new dispensary. read more

This is one of those situations where Curaleaf so far has actually been alright as far as these establishments are considered. This complaint is specifically about a new employee there who I would've brushed off his behavior as a one-time thing but the same scenario played out again today and it warranted this review. One, he wears his mask below his chin. I'm not presenting this as pro or anti-mask but I assume the business owners at Curaleaf are asking employees to wear masks since they all do. This honestly wouldn't be that big of a deal except on the first occasion he sneezed twice while he was ringing me up and was coughing during the second occasion. Something I'm sure the mask would've helped mitigate. During that occasion and the subsequent occasion he also continually touched his face, his hair, slurped on his coffee/water all while handling the product. I'm assuming he leaves his coffee on the counter so his mask can be down "while he's drinking" except why is he drinking while he's ringing people up in the first place? I mean sure grab a moment in between clients, but during? Disgusting. He was also complaining about having to work that day to another employee. There was sighing involved too with having to find a product. Unprofessional. Everyone else there has been such a professional explain to me how this unpleasant, unhygienic person has remained in your employ. read more

This is my go to dispensary right now. fair prices and still has sales with that pricing..., varied selection on bud, they even include a humidity pack in each.. its a bit of a drive for me when i have a dispensary next door.... but its worth it. the only thing they should do is confirm orders quicker. it can be up to an hour. other dispensaries are under 5 min avg. i know they do alot of volume though. read more

This was my favorite dispensary until the other day. I recently had back surgery and put an order in on line. My Mother is my caregiver and wouldn't understand what I wanted. I wrote and they told me to come in and they could straighten things out. No one got a manager then some dark skin woman whom I've never seen before said well she has a piece of paper it was to check my on line order. She all but called me a liar. I did order on line I've sent a lot of business their way. The woman when my mom went to pick it up said let's go by the list and dropped the on line order. On it it said 1 z. Anyone knows that's an ounce well the woman decided it was a 12 now they're saying I didn't order on line. Horrible disgusting service. I do not recommend. Take the trip to Quincy or Brockton. I like Curaleaf for a number of reasons, The staff is friendly, and courteous. There is never a long wait, unless it's a big sale. Speaking of which they run specials and sales all the time. They also have a great rewards program for loyalty purchases. The quality is great and they are always changing the brand names depending on demand and availability. This is good because it switches things up when you start to get sick of a certain products. I've been to Ermont, in good health, and theory. Very poor customer service, the employee handling payment stole my card info and took out cash with it at the store and THEN when I called the store to ask about it the receptionist hung up on me! Very unprofessional payment system that made it way too easy for this guy to steal money from unsuspecting clients, and they don't respond to the customer support form on their website. Pre rolls are super skimp not even a .5 on my scale, even with the raw filter. I smoked half of "blissful wizard" 1G preroll and got violently sick until I threw up everything in my system. Cracked the preroll in half to examine for mold and found what looks like brown tobacco quality buds. Was so disappointed and completely lost any trust I had in this being a reputable organization. 100% ruined my 4/20. 1/10 would not recommend. read more

Awesome place. Great staff. It was a very positive experience. I was there with my 78 year old aunt who has shown phenomenal improvement since she's been on this regime to help her get through cancer treatments. The staff was so very understanding & patient. Have not had good experiences with this place. The quality is not consistent. Most of the staff have an atitude that they know what's right for you, and the menu is not updated. For example if you see Sativa pills and it says in stock and you go and they don't have them that's a problem! Fyi- menu says still in stock. For an organization that puts great emphasis on brand and brand recogyou got a long way to go. Stay away!! read more

When we arrived the front desk girl was friendly but informed my husband ,who is a card number and a very frequent customer due to medical conditions, had only 11 days for renewal? He did speak to the woman and explained to her that he was sure it was closer to the end of the month and low and behold she was WRONG which we discovered later that day after leaving. ! he had till the end of the month ! Not cool for making a pretty serious error and confusing a customer, so that was strike one! Strike 2: I am the caregiver so I have my caregiver card and at most places I can help my husband shop and look around for items that meet his medical needs which by the way this dispensary never inquires about! So have the time or wandering around blindly and for the most part no associate ever really knows much about the products which is very difficult considering my husband has specific needs he needs to meet AND it would HELP both my husband and the sales associate..thats there job. The man we got was monotone completely unfriendly and useless, he knew nothing about any of the buds my husband was inquiring about, he seemed to have a chip on his shoulder and kept staring at me intently kept asking me questions and what I thought and which one I would like and I kept my mouth shut because I know how they are around here regarding caregivers. When we got up to pay my husband said WE instead of I and got reprimanded by both Associates (another person at the register while she was working with another patient yeah that's appropriate said no one ever ) and embarrassed us in front of the other customers! There are other other dispensaries in the area that are a lot more friendly and will give you correct information and be helpful regarding your products. Wow this far in the game. You should be ashamed for selling product that people can't use. Your flower is extremely dry turns to dust as soon as you touch it. Concentrate ugh I don't think any cannabis is present in your cartridges. And I'm sure your edibles are just as bad. We the people should boycott this place at all costs. I was really worried about coming here because I read so many bad reviews on here, but I decided to give it a go anyway and I was pleasantly surprised. The guy that helped me around was really nice and explained a lot of stuff for me. I'm not a huge fan of the fact that their flower is prepackaged, but despite that the bud was pretty good and I got a good high from it. Only issue is that they are cash only but they do have an ATM in there. Overall I'd say this place isn't bad, so don't let the reviews scare you the way they scared me at first read more

I had asked for products to help with sleeping....now I know that CBD oil does not help with that! Looks like they use the same supplier for their products. Not a place I would recommend.
