Buttery, flakey and light, there's nothing quite like a freshly-baked, hot from the oven croissant, and Cannelle whip up a pretty mean one. As Andrew mentions, there's very little in terms of atmosphere to talk about (which is very un-Parisian of them), and it never seems to be particularly well stocked, having a somewhat empty feeling to the place.
But all in all, a good stop for a fresh croissant (or three) - why not take it to nearby Richard's Park, just across busy Magill Rd, and make your own atmosphere. read more
