He gave me options, and we talked through the plan. I was heading to Korea for a year with the Army, so he worked with me, doing the project in parts based on my budget. Even when the prices for materials went up, he explained everything. After I got back from Korea, I saw some damage on one of the boards, probably due to high winds or a storm. His team came and installed the work in a two-day period. When they completed the work, my husband sinspected it, and they did an outstanding job! They are truly professionals. They did not take a down payment. In fact, I did not pay them until the day after they completed the job! I also asked for left over paint so that touchups could be done if needed months down the line. Their attention to detail is refreshing.
