Shade Doctors! What can I say but WOW! Firstly, customer service was top notch! Edgar Salas was courteous, professional and just downright great at not only showing me the products offered but also his attention to detail in explaining how all the financing would work. He also made a couple of follow up visits to address some of my concerns which is rare in this day and age. Secondly, Edgar and Beto were amazing at installing and walking me through the ins and outs of how the shades worked. Thirdly, Brittany and Edgar were quick to address a size issue with one of the shades and went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect in the end! Finally... the shades. I am super happy with this product. This is not an accessory for your patio. It is an investment. It creates additional square footage when the shades are down simply because the temperature is usually warmer inside on cool mornings and evenings and cooler when the day warms up making the space very comfortable. They are also fantastic on breezy days because you feel none of the outside elements. I look forward to see how they handle the spring winds but I think they are going to do a great job keeping out wind and sand and dust. I can't say enough about Shade Doctors. Shade Doctor of El Paso was absolutely fantastic! Brittany and her team promptly responded to our request for information regarding the shades and was easily accessible by text and in person every step of the way. The shades are made of high quality materials that cannot be easily replicated from big box stores. In the southwest, where outdoor spaces are used year round, it was important for us to have a shaded area, as the sun can be brutal in the desert. Our enclosed outdoor patio's shades protect us and our outdoor furniture from the glaring sun and heat. We look forward to using the shades in the fall and winter seasons as well, where we plan on containing the heat from our fireplace with our shades.
