We quickly realized he was expecting us to drop off the paperwork and he would get back to us when the return was complete. As we walked out, we were a bit nervous to be leaving important financial documents in his hands but figured we'd give him a chance. Once the return was done, he emailed us with the amount of the return and a form to sign. The amount was a lot less than what we expected so we asked a few questions to clarify. Each email response would give a vague general answer to one of our questions and ignore the rest and as I kept writing back to get an answer specific to our return he kept getting nastier and nastier. "YOU ARE MISSING THE POINT", "I'm not H&R Block" were some of the rude responses I was given. For the amount we paid him, you would think answering a few questions would be standard. I would definitely not recommend him...you are better off at H&R block even though he thinks he's better than them. We are going to have H&R block review this return as we don't trust this man one bit.
