Very disappointing experience. We had to spend time looking for our waiter just to place our order, and then waited an excessive amount of time for our food to arrive. When the food finally came out, several items were incorrect and poorly prepared. By the time the mistakes were identified, it was already very late and the kitchen was closing/closed, leaving us with limited options. As a result, half of our group chose not to reorder the incorrect items, and the food ended up going straight to the trash. To make matters worse, we were automatically charged a 15% gratuity despite the poor service and numerous mistakes. We asked if it could be removed given the circumstances, but were told it could not. We were told our server's name was Henry, although we're not entirely sure if that was correct. Overall, the combination of slow service, incorrect food, lack of resolution, and mandatory gratuity made for a very frustrating experience. Unfortunately, we would not return. read more

Great place for some standard margarita using a premix. I would go for the cheapest one as they aren't making these authentically. Chips and guacamole were good. Salsa was bland. Queso was soupy. The standard Americanized Mexican fare was bland, not well flavored, nuked, and poorly prepared. The cook should be embarrassed. Service was slow and forgetful. Slammed the drinks down on my table, I asked for a side of 4 shrimps, he told me they didn't sell shrimp in singles, after I asked to talk to someone else he said he misunderstood then brought out my shrimps. I wish I could give this mexican shit hole a lower rating then 1 star. Waited almost 2 hours for food that was not eatable from service that was less tgen 1 star quality all while listening to the band that was so very loud we could npt even talk to each other at the table. We should have been told the band was coming in to try and make us all loose our hearing. After telling the manager our concerns not only was he truely not interested ge was very rude to us. The food was fine, the service wasn't. First, don't bring me a bowl for salsa with your fingers inside the bowl. I let go and just took a napkin and sanitizer and wiped it out. No one came back to check to ask if we need anything. Had to ask for additional bowls for the cheese dip we ordered. Took forever to get drink refills, (I never got a refill or the to go cup.) Then when my husband paid the check and put zero on the tip line the dude had the nerve to come back and ask "No Tip" with an attitude. The tip was going to be placed on the table, not on the card because I was going to leave a cash tip, but after he said that NOPE. I had asked for a bag to put the food in I was taking with me, but I guess that was to much since there wasn't a tip on the card. My husband did go ahead and leave a tip on the table, but we will NEVER return to this place. I just gave it 2 star because the food wasn't bad. read more

Little Rock doesn't have great Mexican good but this is the exception. I love my food spicy so it took a few trips before they trusted me when I said "light me up". Great food and drinks! read more

This place used to be so awesome, but since the pandemic shady waiters charging for things you didn't get, trying to pass regular margaritas off as top shelf, adding tips to your credit card when you leave cash, almost disrespectful wait staff. Just not the same. The manager really needs to step up his hiring. read more

Had a torta, a Tacos Autentico, two Chucky Burritos, Burrito Gigante with cheese sauce, Taquitos Mexicanos and Enchilada Rancheras. Everything was AMAZING. If you're one of us who rarely carry cash and use debit/credit cards for your purchases..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I was surprised to get a 3% surcharge added to my bill for using my credit card. That was added after the sales tax. The food is typical of 90% of all the Mexican restaurants in this city. Nothing special, especially not special enough to warrant a 3% bonus. Accepting credit/debit cards is just a cost of doing business, or in this case the cost of losing business. The service was horrible. We were served chips and salsa and our choice of drink. We had to ask for more chips and salsa and never got drink refills. We did receive our cheese dip and guac but waited over an hour for our food. We told another server that we wanted to cancel the order and he apologized and said the poor service was due to them waiting on 4 large parties. I guess he didn't care that we were also paying customers. No one ever came back to the table with our checks for the appetizers. While waiting the original server finally came back with our food. We told her we cancelled and she brought up the other parties also and was insisting on giving us our food and making us pay. We told her NO. At that time she told us to leave.
