Elements of the dish were both a hit and a miss. As a non-vegan, the individual components were very good attempts at replicating the real thing. First, the cheese had the right texture. It had a very light and subtle flavor that I enjoyed. The vegan sausages were too dry on the inside. The beets and potatoes were particularly good, but I'm a bit biased as I enjoy beets in general.
