If you really want to know what poutine is. This is also the place for that. Authentic in every measure. Great gravy, proper Quebecois fries and of course squeeky cheese curds. I loved the gravy on the poutine, it was the right consistency and full of flavor. Cheese curds were fresh and made the squishy sound against my teeth and the fries were just soft enough without being soggy. Solid poutine! I also loved their hotdogs! Their all dressed hotdogs had a chunky mustard onion topping, which I really liked. Buns were buttery and toasted rather than steamed. I only ordered one but should have ordered three, they were great. Overall I really loved the vibe in this place, food came quickly and there were lots of places to sit. I did find the portions to be a bit small though. I wouldn't drive to Granby just for this place but if you are heading to the Eastern Townships or are in the area, it's worth stopping by!

The bacon on mine was undercooked so it was just layers of fat, the minced meat was not seasoned well and was pretty bland. The guédille was not good, lots of ketchup, coleslaw and a few fries. Being far-ish away from the city most, if not all, people solely speak French. If you need somewhere quick to grab a bite whilst on the road, this is your place. Tout semblait OK... Je commande aujourd'hui une nouvelle pizza, le coupon ne fonctionne pas, alors j'appelle le service à la clientèle. La première personne est très rude, me coupe constament la parole puis me place en attente, après environ 10 minutes, je raccroche et rappelle pour parler avec quelqu'un d'autre. La deuxième personne était très rude, il me disait que mon Cell ne foncionnait pas, que je n'avais pas pris leurs instructions adéquatement, que je faisait clairement quelque chose inccorectement, etc. À la fin, après plus de 5 minutes à me faire parler de façon très condescendante, ils me donne le bon code pour mon coupon, mais celui ci n'est que pour $25, et non pas le $35 qui m'avait été promis au départ. Promesse non tenue, pizza plus petite que celles de la compétition et service EXTREMEMENT RUDE. Cette commande a prise 75 minutes avant d'arriver, en plein après midi! The crust melts in your mouth and the sauce is full of fresh herbs and ingredients. They have constant deals for people of all demographics. Will definitely visit again
