He takes the time to understand what is happening, does a thorough assessment while cognizant of what your insurance does or does not pay for, he matches interventions to your lifestyle so they are manageable, and he genuinely cares about his patients. His adjustments are gentle yet effective, and always gave relief from the problems I saw him for. He is not one of those chiropractors that keep you coming back when you don't need it--yet they always managed to get me in when something flared up. (People with chronic back problems understand how that goes.) The support staff is friendly and efficient. I was always out of there in less than 40 minutes, unless I had a massage before my adjustment (LMT Rod got out kinks I've had for years--aaahhhhh).
