This business posted an Advertisement and a friend of mine saw it back in May for an event they were having in July. We went to print the tickets out the week of the event and noticed that the tickets had a different date than the advertisement thus contacted the business and said "wait why is this date Wrong and contradicts the Advertisement" & they confirmed that the event was in fact the date that we had responded to in the Advertisement. When my friend arrived she was immediately told that the event was full and not only did we have a couple tickets, but my friend who went rsvp'd on her own and had her own tickets as well and the Preganant and Obese Rep was hostile and unprofessional, and there was another person there that overheard and said, "oh well my friend couldn't go I have an extra ticket" and the pregnant obese Rep who worked there was hostile to my friend and kept REPEATING the SAME NONSENSE which made ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE whatsoever, the Reps at the business aren't Coherent, my friend couldn't wait to get the hell out of there..... When my friend went to leave there was a couple of guys blocking the door - one looked like he could have been a delivery guy or something like that, but Essentially she was simply waiting for them to move instead of telling them to and the pregnant and obese Rep was STARING HOSTILELY at my friend and while she was waiting for them to move out of the doorway, she glanced around and the Rep of the business was just OBSESSIVELY GAWKING at her in a very creepy fashion. These ppl are NOT PROFESSIONAL. They're DISHONEST, DISORGANIZED and they get some Bizarre satisfaction out of being HOSTILE to people. I feel sorry for whatever child is getting ready to come out of that pregnant Unhealthy medically overweight Rep because clearly there are many people at this supposed biz who aren't role models. read more

If the above 2 failed they could easily notify the recipients of the tickets and advise them their tickets were cancelled in a reasonable amount of time Not waste ppls' Time and Gas and make them set out that time in their Schedule when they could have been doing something else, and been around LEGITIMATE professionals. The staff at Oien are amazing. From the receptionist who checks you in to Dr. Oien and the masseuses, they are top notch. Friendly, professional, talented, and patient. I actually live an hour away but make the drive when I need it (passing many other chiropractic offices on the way). read more
