This company is a complete joke. They will waste your time and are extremely unprofessional…read more In late March, I scheduled a home tour through Redfin for a Saturday--selected my time, confirmed everything--and no one showed up. No call. No follow-up. I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt and assumed it may have been user error. Fast forward to April 12--I contacted Redfin and spoke with someone who provided the appointment time and details. I was told the showing would be at 5:15 PM. I submitted my driver's license as requested, and everything appeared confirmed. Shortly after, I received an automated message stating the appointment was set for 6:00 PM. The inconsistency alone was concerning, which led me to start calling the assigned agent, Courtney Burns. Courtney Burns was a complete no-call, no-show. We waited at the property, called multiple times (at least 10), and left several voicemails with no response. When she finally answered, she claimed she was caught in a rainstorm and didn't realize she had an appointment--which made no sense given that Redfin had confirmed everything and had my information on file. She rescheduled for the next day (Monday), and unbelievably, the same thing happened again. No show. No communication. After repeated calls and messages, she finally answered and said she wasn't coming, offering another last-minute excuse and attempting to reschedule yet again. At that point, it was clear this wasn't a one-time issue--this is a pattern of unprofessional and unreliable service. Given everything that occurred, it's hard not to question what's really going on. You had my ID, which includes my age and race, and despite multiple confirmed appointments, I still couldn't get anyone to show up. I truly hope that is not a factor--but based on this experience, it is a concern that cannot be ignored. And to make matters worse, I see they call themselves Redfin's "Hustletown South Team." There's no hustling happening here--just people being hustled out of their time and gas. This experience wasted our time, caused unnecessary frustration, and completely eroded any trust in Redfin's process. Based on this, I genuinely question the authenticity of the positive reviews because our experience was consistently unacceptable. If you value your time and expect basic communication and professionalism, I would strongly recommend avoiding Redfin.

The home has solar panels and they told us they would power the home during a power failure and they we would not have an electric bill, false! We were also told the thermostat did not work when it was actually the A/C unit which was not working. Cost use over $50,000 to fix up the house and now we can't afford it and we are selling again! We won't be using Redfin though! BEWARE!! Thanks for ruining our lives Redfin!! Our agent was Melissa.

Our leasing experience with this management company was frustrating due to poor communication and…read morelack of follow-through. The process took about a full month. During that time we were told three separate times that the property had been cleaned and was move-in ready. Each walkthrough showed otherwise -- no professional cleaning had been completed. We later learned there had been a water leak, which may have caused delays, but this was not clearly communicated upfront. When we first viewed the home, there were spider webs throughout and both dead and live roaches present. We raised these concerns and were repeatedly assured everything would be addressed before move-in. By the final walkthrough, the condition still had not been resolved, and an additional issue had come up. During that final walkthrough (yesterday), we were told that if we did not immediately pay the deposit, the owner wanted to move on to the "next applicants," even though the property issues had not been fixed. We were also told the owner had already "bent" by approving us, so it was essentially now or never. Once we confirmed we would not move forward under those conditions, we were then offered money off and the option to inspect the property after completion. At that point, it felt less like a proactive solution and more like pressure followed by a last-minute change in approach. There were also inconsistencies during the application process. When I initially called to ask about our application status, I was told there were other applicants ahead of us and we would be processed if they fell through. After I provided the address, the associate confirmed we were actually the only applicant. That kind of misinformation made the process feel disorganized. I understand that maintenance issues can happen and that properties owned by LLCs can sometimes add extra layers to communication. However, clear, accurate updates and accountability are essential when people are planning a move on a tight timeline. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future tenants considering this property in Richmond, TX.

Most of my soaps and scarves were purchased from going on days where the studios are open to the public. One of my Frida paintings was purchased from one of the resident artists there. Just recently (Nov. 17, 2018), I volunteered as bartender for Winter Street Studios annual Winter Holiday Art Market (WHAM) I had a blast making and serving drinks. They had food, alcohol freely flowing, a silent auction, and fashion show. Winter Street Studios was able to accommodate all of those things in different areas. The space is bright, open, and can easily be made into whatever you need as far as a space. Problems: -The parking was valet that night, but we opted to park ourselves. You have to walk over railroad tracks to get to the building and then through some gravel. On the way out we had to wait for a train to get to our car. The parking is definitely limited and the building was not at full capacity. - If this place is handicapped accessible then it's well hidden. There are stairs and gravel between parking and the 2nd floor space we were in. Drunk people were wobbly leaving. - The bathroom (yes singular) was a couple of rooms being used by both men and women. It was a little strange, but we worked it out. If there was another bathroom, no one found it. Even with all of that said, the space is great and you can do so much with it! I really liked that there was a DJ after the fashion show in one room and it was quieter in the silent auction section so you could choose your noise level! If you are looking for a place to rent out for a party/auction/benefit/etc... check this place out.

From the beautiful property and well-maintained amenities to the incredible location near Memorial Park, living here has been an absolute pleasure. The convenience of being close to the park, great restaurants, and everything Houston has to offer is unmatched. What has truly made Windsor feel like home, though, is the sense of community. I've been fortunate to have amazing neighbors over the years, and Windsor has always felt welcoming, safe, and genuinely enjoyable to come home to each day. A huge part of that experience is thanks to Jonathan Kichamu. His leadership has transformed the property in so many positive ways. Jonathan leads with professionalism, integrity, and genuine compassion for residents. He is approachable, responsive, and truly cares about maintaining a high standard for the community. The improvements he's made to the building and resident experience have been remarkable, and his commitment to excellence is evident in everything he does. I'm only leaving because I'm purchasing a home, but if life ever brought me back to renting, there is no question where I'd go...I would come right back to Windsor Memorial. That's the highest compliment I can give. Thank you to Jonathan and the entire team for making the last six years such a positive experience.
