Cheryl Combs Realtor with Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices Premier Properties Was the caller and I asked if this was an emergency since you called 8 times in a row even after I sent you to voicemail. She advised to tell me yes it was an emergency that she had a client wanting to see my house. I went on to tell her it was unprofessional to be calling multiple times row to try show my house that is not listed by a realtor. She then told her client which assume was sitting next to her that "you don't want this guy as your landlord" and hung up the phone. again Very unprofessional!

I was there for 25-30 minutes only to return to my car, and it was missing after figuring out that my car was towed. I had to find a way to the tow truck Company Fast Tow which they were no help and so unprofessional they only wanted the $296.00 that I was charged. I got the apartment Manager name Felix Wang and his phone number from the tenant that I was visiting. I called him multiple time that day with no return phone call. I texted Felix multiple time the follow week with no response by phone or text. I was able to get ahold of Martha with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties and she was nice and stated she would have Felix call me, but he never did. It would have been polite and professional to hear back from him, but that did not happen. I was advised by Martha that they only hole Felix Wang mortgage or titles for his family. I have never visited someone and was towed in less than 30 minutes of arriving with no notice or warning. I did not have an additional 296.00 to spend as I was paying for medical bills for my child. I already figured out that there was no common courtesy given to me or the situation. There was only one tow sign on the side of the building that I parked on (southside) and it was blocked by a Uhaul that no one was willing or wanted to tow. I am from Omaha, NE born and raised and Warren or his late Wife Susan would have not put up with this at all.
