This event is for Secret Walls which was an event hosted by Cassie last Saturday at Canvas. Two groups of artists were each given their own blank canvas and 2 hours to make a creation on it. The audience enjoyed Becks beer and other libations coffee and food while watching the artists create. My favorite part was the wonderful DJ's. They played everything from 70's to the present. Happy songs that everybody knew. Great event! Thanks for inviting me.

Back to the food, I also enjoyed the spicy elote (corn on the cob) from Coyo.

The place is very clean. The view (at least mine) is gorgeous, especially the sunsets! It has a pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, 24 hr weight room, a community room with FREE coffee, sodas and tea every day and it has a TV, pool table, great music, bar and more! The pool is big, clean and there are plenty of chairs and periodically, management throws free parties/events. There is a dog park across the street. The free metromover is just yards away and next to it is the metrorail. The Underline (a bike/walking path from Brickell to Homestead) is right next to the building. Everything is nearby and within walking distance, like restaurants, clubs, etc. There is a grocery store right across the street and a 24 hr gas station and drug store is one block away. Bike rentals are in front of the building. They have 24 hr security, concierge, and valet parking. There is covered parking for residents and guests (very important because of the rain). There is a free trolley in front of the building which travels all over Miami from 6 AM to 11 PM. There is a washer and dryer in my unit. They have free pest control and they change the A/C filter every month too. Pets are allowed. The manager Sharon, is super cool, polite and professional. Rent price is fair. Most people that live here are polite and nice (again, rare for Miami). I definitely recommend this place to live!

This building does not listen to me at all unless I complain via internet. They pray on young single women and take advantage. Also they only seem to be friendly with Spanish people. Won't be surprised if this building keeps me entire deposit. Total scammers! Plenty of upgraded places for hundreds less (just look on Zillow) with beautiful amenities and water views in Brickell. Yanelis does not respond or listen to any emails! She has asked me to come to her office several times but when I go she is not there. Also maintenance does not change my air filters or spray for bugs and my toilet in my master has not worked for over a month. All due to the building manager having the worst communication The gym has treadmills that face a blank wall and are not connected to tv or anything. Also there are no curtains for privacy. Units are super outdated and LOTS of people doing Airbnb so very unsafe and strangers constantly in and out. I've been sexually assaulted twice in the elevator by airbnb guests (when I told yanelis she dismissed me). I've tried to contact the "legal department" but never hear back from them either. Yanelis is trying to take advantage of me and raise my rent by +200 or wants me to pay 3k for month to month (this building is super outdated, you don't even need a fob to use the elevator so not even safe). When I questioned why she told me to contact the legal department. I have tried several several times and haven't heard back from anyone! Now yanelis has given me a "notice". A notice for doing what she said!? This building sucks and they don't care about anyone. This is how they treat people who have lived here 4+ year Do not move here!!!!!!! This building takes advantage of people and does fraud! Also my closets and bathroom have been prone to mold!

Not only are the amenities vastly superior to the nearby high rises- the staff is actually extremely friendly! Have you seen that gym? It made me want to work out. I was having an issue with the Air Conditioning (turns out I was pressing the wrong button) so I contacted the Community Manager to see if they could send someone since I thought it was broken. Deisy was right on the ball! In two seconds, there was someone knocking on the door to help me out. Deisy even returned my call to make sure everything was back up and running. Once I told her I was house-sitting, she offered me a tour of the building and honestly really made me feel welcome. She is perfect for the job. Her attention to detail was flawlessly executed. Now I know why my girl has renewed her lease here twice. The entire outdoor layout exudes a tranquil and relaxing vibe but is ample enough for groups to gather by the pool without being in the way of other residents. Walking down to the edge and overlooking the bay is truly breathtaking. The units are equipped with shiny new appliances and furnishings making it the top residential leasing high rises in the area. The location is perfect since it's situated between Wynwood and the Design District. I fell in love with the apartment, amenities, and service provided to the residents. I was kind of bummed out when my friend came back from vacation but still fortunate I can come visit whenever. This place is a gem. Thank you Deisy, you make me believe in the magic of leasing apartments again.

The apartment itself was gorgeous and perfect for one or two people. The main room is large and has fantastic two walk in closets. The second room also with a private bathroom lacked in closet space. Fantastic living room where I hosted many parties and dinners. Their security is top notch. You need to have fingerprints taken to access your specific floor as well as the Gym and pool. Which can sometimes not work as well as it should. Also the mail room closes early so if you don't recover packages by 6pm you need to wait till the next day. I do however love the place, we sold it at a gain and I would certainly look for a similar building if I had any intention to buy in miami again.

Great location in a quiet area of Brickell--for now--and great amenities but buyer beware…read more(especially for recent transplants falling for hype who might be panic buyers). The north side (01 and 02 units) currently is adjacent to a parking lot. Are you familiar with The Panorama building on Brickell Avenue?...imagine a twin tower Panorama in the parking lot right next to you, since Tibor Hollo (developer of Panorama) has plans to build a "twin tower" on that parking lot. Will definitely cut down on 02 views. Plans call for a "slim and shorter, 14-15 story" project on the opposite side of the building facing SE 14th Street. Next, the original developer spent the most money on the kitchens--but keep in mind the building is now 17 years old which means those expensive Wolf Subzero refrigerators and Miele appliances will need to be replaced soon. Some units have already done so (some with less expensive brands, others needing to use filler since dimensions of the original brand replacement appliances have changed). Don't get me wrong...this is a great building but one needs to use common sense and do their homework...units that sold for $680 and $575 just 3-4 months ago are asking a ridiculous $1.020M and $890 today....units have had a history of doubling within a short period in this building only to come down crashing a year or two later (and we know interest rates will be rising in the next year or two). Caveat emptor.

The good: great location; front desk staff, security, and management are excellent and helpful. Reasonably priced. On site maintenance will change your AC air filter and light bulbs for a small fee (not all buildings permit this). Quick approval process (renters). Fairly large and decent layouts with pretty good views from units facing Brickell Ave and the bay; Exit/entrance from, both, Brickell Ave and South Miami Avenue; good restaurant options attached to the building and nearby. The negatives: you can sometimes hear your neighbors walking above you (especially if they wear heels), I can hear the music / bass from my neighbor one floor below me and 1 unit over (though management usually responds to and handles noise complaints ); the shower water pressure can be low during busy/heavy use times; constant and annoying "ping" sounds coming through both bathroom ceiling vents; the sun is blocked mid afternoon for 1-2 hours at the pool area by the building (Bond) next door unless one moves to an extreme, very limited corner of the sun deck; television served only by DirecTV, no cable options--which means expect outages during rainstorms. Mixed age group with families, young professionals, and older people. I am renting now but might consider buying elsewhere depending upon unit and its condition.
