I had no trouble getting an appointment, and all the preparations and instructions were perfectly clear. The staff is incredibly friendly, and everyone was exceedingly professional. My procedure got started right on time, and went flawlessly. I received well documented results, and they even called me the next day to check in on my status. The facility was perfectly clean and pleasant. I can't think of any way to improve things when such procedures are simply medically necessary, and have the potential to be awkward or uncomfortable. So yes, a five star experience all around.

Didn't bother to put a clean towel or sheet underneath me didn't bother to offer me any kind of wipes to clean myself off. My prep program required me to not eat for 70 hours. The injury was so severe that I had to be rushed by ambulance to the hospital for emergency surgery and was hospitalized for seven days. Because of what Dr. Akshay Gupta did, I now have permanent damage and struggle with daily activities. I am also left with over $8,000 in medical bills that I am required to pay. What makes this even worse is the complete lack of genuine concern, accountability, or apology afterward. This experience has permanently changed my life. Which is not patient friendly. they lack the skill of urgency and that doesn't work when it comes to stomach concerns. They wouldn't want their own families or friends to be ignored and treated that way as a patient either.. but they don't see or care about the life effects of their patients so easy to just ignore then.

I have had a few issues this past 3 years requiring 2 neck disc replacements and now a L-5 S-1 fusion. They diagnosed me and explained all my options really fast. It only takes few seconds and there was never any charge for it..So it did not even cross my mind to ask if this doctor is going to charge for it. Boy, was I wrong.. For about 5 minut conversation about my trip to Europe, Dr. Pollmann had the nerve to charge Medicare { I'm 78 years old } over $600 !!!! In my opinion this is a clear case of Medicare fraud. He did nothing for those $600 .. Medicare paid portion of it and he sent me the bill for the balance , $236 !!! I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this place !! I'm filing a complaint with BBB and an Idaho Board of Medicine..I will also notify Medicare and ask them to investigate.. I want to know how the doctor justified $600 bill for doing nothing. I wish I have read the recent rewievs of this clinic !!!
