My migraines have been out of control lately so two weeks ago I made a couple urgent mobile health appointments. 1: I just got a call today, the day before my appointment, that they don't do migraine infusions at home. Even though it clearly states they do it on their website. I made the appointment two weeks ago. I even called them last week to let them know I have two insurances and gave them that information. So the fact that they waited until the day before to cancel my appointments is so frustrating on multiple levels. 2: They need to stop calling themselves 'urgent' medicine. They are not urgent. Their appointments are at least a week out if not 1.5-2 weeks out. I'm really upset by this experience. Especially when I was counting on those migraine infusions which I need in between my infusions I get at the hospital. Horrible business ethics.

This entire company is frustrating! Their billing is absolutely ridiculous. You pay $200 up front…read more They tell you if your bill is less, they will give you a refund. If it's more, then they will send you a bill, or you can pay before you leave with a discounted price. I've gone twice this year. The first, I owed more, but they couldn't decide how much I owed. Couldn't figure out the discount. Told me that they were "fried" and wanted to go home while they were figuring out what I owed. They charged me wrong and I got a bill for it. They didn't honor their mistake and I had to pay more. THEN, my husband went in for an ear infection. They did nothing special, he paid $200. Said they'd call him when the doctor put in the notes how much the visit would be. They never called. I called billing and they told me that the visit SHOULD be $144. That we'd get a refund of $56. I waited a month. I called in again and they told me the amount was actually $201 and that they were nice enough to shave off that dollar. For a 5 minute visit to prescribe antibiotics??? And the billing person had absolutely NO idea what was happening. Explained that there were no notes, but then told me that the amount was $201?? This whole place is a scam and is perfectly happy to steal your money.

Do not go here especially if you have an injury they will not and I repeat will not help you. Dr…read more Michaud made accusations assuming that I was a drug seeker?? I was told by the ER hospital in arizona to follow up with my primary. When I got home in Boise well my primary was Dr. Michaud so that's what I did...and tbh I wish I would have just stayed at home. He not only insulted me multiple times by insinuating that I was some drug addict but then took my money and refused to help me. I was injured twice in a month this is not something that is ever even happened to me but unfortunately I fell down 12 stairs was rushed to the hospital by ambulance was told I had a severely bad contusion sent home. a few weeks later while at my friends house in AZ I accidentally fell while taking the dogs inside some of the dogs were playing and fighting got overly excited knocked into me and I fell on my rear. I was taken to the hospital and it was at the hospital where they confirmed I indeed had broken my tailbone that time. So today I went to my appointment this was the second visit with the dr. On the first visit I brought documentation of the broken bone & I agreed to due a urinalysis and even agreed that they could have all the documentation from previous visits. Now first urinalysis had THC in it which I informed the dr prior to taking it was going to be there because some idiots thought it to be funny to give me gummies and not tell me they were thc gummies. Knowing this he prescribed me 12 5mg Percocet I was told to take 1 every 6 hrs as needed for pain. He wrote that prescription on May 29 and I finished that prescription June 7th I don't think that's drug addict behavior do yall? Today's visit marks 3 weeks since I broke my tailbone I was told it could be up to 8 weeks before it's healed so I went today to get my meds refiled mind you it's been two days since I took them and I've been in a lot of pain. I feel like I was hit in the anus with a hammer. So I do my urinalysis and because there was thc in my urinalysis he then refused to fill them???? So now I'm stuck being in pain for something he knew the last time I visited. Please for the love of GOD How is this ok behavior? The mindset here in Boise is absolutely insane so now Im in a horrendous amount of pain all because a dr wanted to be an inconsiderate unsympathetic judgemental jerk How is this compassionate healthcare? And how is this not considered some kind of physical and mental abuse? You know he wouldn't even look me in the eye when he was speaking to me....WOW!!! is all I can say and for everyone reading this please take note I'm in no way shape or form a drug seeker. I don't even drink alcohol, like I said in the previous paragraph some dumbass in California thought it was funny to give me some gummies with cannabis's in it. had I known that is what they gave me I wouldn't of ever taken the crap. And again I even shared this information with the Dr last week when I seen him. So can someone please tell me How in the hell is it ok for a dr to make such accusations and then deny healthcare to a woman who isn't seeking meds from anyone other than who she was directed to go to? I Feel degraded I feel ignored I feel unsafe and I feel like this Dr has some hidden agenda because I felt as there's no concern for my health or my safety. If anyone has ever broken your coccyx bone you know the excruciating pain that is associated with it. How someone can claim to be a Dr and fail to address and help the patient with their problems you shouldn't be a Dr at all. When is someone going to do something about the way these drs are handling me when I'm in Boise??? You know I'm an artist in the music industry so I travel often I've never been hurt but twice and once was in California and I have to give it to California when it comes to healthcare. They are compassionate, non judgmental, people who really care about a patients concerns. They allow you to feel heard and they allow you a say in how your treated I feel like that's the way healthcare should Be!! NOT this one sided one minded white supremacist dictatorship!! Like they have going on in Boise. I hope this man loses his license for his inappropriate behavior today. Thanks for nothing Dr. Michaud you reminded me why I don't go to the drs in the first place! It's like whenever we really need help yall can't be dependent on. I have faith that my Heavenly Father will seek damages for your wrong doings. you know god don't like ugly and he sure isn't fond of pretty either. May you be punished for abusing me the way you did today. Please Donald Trump Shut this place down and all the other ones like it. Boise residents deserve better.

Super busy day, and I could tell based off the parking lot alone. I walked in with my mother, who is visibly not well, and the receptionist working was absolutely terrible. Horrible attitude. Just uncaring, not polite whatsoever. Very blunt and rude with her questions, had a scowl on her face, and looked irritated as my mom is giving her information. I, mistakenly, mentioned "I'm not sure if you know, but there's a wet puddle on the floor". Mid sentence she rudely cut me off, "I know. Someone's coming. We see it". I said, "ok, sorry to bother you at work". Walked away. Triage nurses? 10 gold stars. I acknowledged their stresses, and they were absolute angels. Once we were able to get a room, we waited. Understandable given how busy they were. When the ER doctor came in he was TREMENDOUS. While I'm sure he was over the day he maintained great bedside manner, looked us in the eye, patient, and super caring. 10 stars for him. The CNA that came in before him was also super nice, and patient. The RN? lol RUDE. Seemed annoyed my mom was asking questions, and just flat out annoyed with people breathing it felt. Between the receptionist and the RN, the tension and annoyance was so palpable I felt uncomfortable being someplace where people are supposed to be professional. Again, I get being stressed out and with Dr Google, I totally get the frustration.. human moments are forgivable, but this? Never again. The ONLY reason I gave this 2 stars was for triage, the CNA, and the ER Dr. They were actually really nice given the circumstances. I typically don't do reviews often, but this was enough for me say something. I plan on calling the feedback line as well. I always talked about how great St Luke's is, but after today it's not likely I'd recommend their care again.I

My experience with Dr. Andrew Lewis and his office has been one of the most alarming and…read morefrustrating interactions I have ever had with a medical provider. On multiple occasions the office called in the wrong prescriptions despite me clearly stating the medication and dosage and having the staff repeat it back to confirm. These errors happened more than once and demonstrate a level of disorganization that is unacceptable in a medical setting where accuracy is critical. The most concerning issue involved a prior authorization for a medication that is essential for my health. I was repeatedly told by Dr. Lewis and his staff that the prior authorization had already been submitted to my insurance company. After waiting nearly two months with no progress, I contacted my insurance provider directly. They confirmed that they had never received any prior authorization request from this office at any time. Nicole, the "account manager," also refused to escalate the situation despite being told that this medication is medically necessary. I was told it could take 4-6 weeks just for the office to send the prior authorization, which does not even include the time it would take for insurance to review it. For patients who rely on critical medications, this kind of delay is not just frustrating... it is extremely dangerous. Being repeatedly told that paperwork has been submitted when insurance confirms they have received nothing raises extremely serious concerns about the office's administrative practices and communication. Because of these issues, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Idaho State Board of Medicine so that this situation can be reviewed and investigated. Patients should never have to chase their doctor's office for months just to find out whether something as basic as a prior authorization was actually submitted. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this office.
