There was turnover in the office during this time, and I didn't close with the same agent I originally talked too, but this had no impact on me. They communicate well and must keep records of interactions, because no matter who I got a hold of, they were able to help me without me having to reexplain everything. On both the day I signed my lease, and the day I moved in, I met several staff members. They were all professional and personable. They seem strict, but to me that is necessary in apartment real estate, as it promotes responsible tenants. The apartment itself is what you would expect for an apartment in this price range with some upgrades and some areas that are still dated. Kitchen and bath are updated and very nice compared to other apartments in price range. The building smells musty, but overall the interior is clean and spacious (lots of closet and storage space!). Walls are thinner, so you can hear some noise, but nothing outside of what you would expect living in close proximity to others. Plenty of parking. The additional amenities and common grounds are what really sets this apartment complex apart from others in the area. Super pet friendly! Although it seems like a safe area, I appreciate the secure building. Only negative I have found so far is that there is no light in the living room at all and only a small wall light in bedroom. Would be nice to have better lighting or a ceiling fan. There isn't even a connection for you to supply your own, so you must buy floor lamps/fans.
