If I was able to get ahold of them over the phone, they were usually short and rude, acting like my simple requests were unreasonable or a waste of their time. If I'm paying you hundreds of dollars for rentals, I think I deserve basic communication and respect. I work in billing, write dozens of emails a day, and answer dozens of calls a day; I understand that customer service can be difficult, but I would never respond or speak to a customer the way they did to me. On the night of my wedding, after everything was stacked up and put away, the driver (Chad, I believe) called my mother at 11:00PM (he was supposed to pick up at 9:30PM), and told her that she stacked the chairs wrong and asked if she would COME BACK to re-stack them! Completely unprofessional and honestly unacceptable. Many chairs we rented were damaged/broken and table cloths had frayed and burnt edges like they'd cut them out themselves. I had an awful experience renting from Utah Chair Rental. I now understand why they're so much cheaper than everyone else. Not worth it at all. Take your money and business elsewhere if you want to have a half decent event.
