We got a flat tire heading into Hope at 6am. Called BCAA and they said they would get back to us. Called them again at 8am and they said it could take 4-6hrs to get a truck to tow us out to Chilliwack. Decided to see what other options were available. We had to be back in Delta by 10:30am. and was put in contact with Wayne Sihata from Jamie Davis Towing. At 8:35am we got off the phone. Not once was price or anything discussed, was told he would drive down and we can talk about what i wanted to do. I did tell him over the phone that BCAA was called but they said their may be a 4-6 hr wait, but we couldnt wait that long as we had to he somewhere for 10:30am. So he said he'd be over in 5 mins to talk about what i wanted to do. Our luck BCAA's tow truck driver showed up at 8:50am while waiting for Wayne to show up. ​Wayne showed up at 8:53am just minutes after BCAA showed up and was putting the car on the bed. Instantly started yelling and cursing at us for not calling and cancelling him when he wasnt even "booked" and over the phone he said was going to come by to "talk about what i wanted to do". Proceeded to call the other tow truck driver over and infront my my child told the other tow truck driver that "i was trying to fucking play them both" and started telling me he "should of let you go to fucking Mr. Lube to get ripped the fuck off". He then demanded we give him $85 because he "had to get out of bed for this shit". We gave him the $85 for him to leave. He just sat there in his truck swearing at us infront of my child and kept calling the other tow truck driver (who was a saint) over and trying to get him to leave us there. Wayne sat in his truck swearing at us the whole time our car was being pulled onto the other trucks bed and up until we got into the tow truck and left. Before using Jamie Davis Towing. Ask who the driver is first. If its Wayna Sihata, ask for somebody else.

I disagreed but their option was to replace the bad tire at $600 plus add another one to balance the wear (20,000 miles) for another $600 plus install plus balancing plus taxes. Nico at Country responded quickly and professionally and looked at the photo and said it's borderline but advised me to bring it in. I did, they fixed it and "touch wood (or rubber)" it has been 6 weeks and it's still holding air. They saved me $1500 by going the extra mile. They have my approval

**** USE ANY OTHER TOWING COMPANY **** ***DO NOT LET THESE…read moreGUYS CHANGE YOUR TIRES*** This company was almost responsible for my wheel falling off which could have caused DEATH or serious injury to me and my friend. The Whole Story (if you have time to read, if not just trust me): Grab some popcorn for this one... I had my tire blow out on the highway and did not have the proper bit to take it off my car and put on the spare, It was already jacked up and ready to go. We called (un)reliable towing and got them to change it for us. My wheels are after market so they use a different style lug nut but I also had my spare set of stock lug nuts ready to go that fit my spare wheel perfectly, but he proceeded to put on the aftermarket ones which clearly didn't fit right and then put one stock nut on for good measure... He told us that we would get to Kelowna from Merritt (about an hour down the road) with no problem at all, he also almost tipped the jack over when the car was jacked up but that's another story... Well by the time we got to Kelowna the wheel was about to fall off, one of my lug bolts snapped off on the highway and the rest of the nuts were extremely loose , the wheel was crooked and all the bolts were bent. If we had not stopped because of the noise and drove one block more, the tire would have fallen off and caused severe damage to my car. If it fell off on the highway well... I probably wouldn't be here to write this. I called them back once I got back home and asked if they could return my money, and this is what the Manager of the company said to me... And I Quote: ** "Well our workers are not red seal technicians, so they are not trained to torque lug nuts properly" ** Yes.. He really said that... He also said that based on the pictures (taken in the dark) that his technician did nothing wrong and that It was only done to get me to the next town (which was Kelowna). He also said he will not refund my money, and he did not even seem to care that this could have caused a serious accident. They were too cheap to refund a mere 119 dollar bill, I honestly didn't even care about the money, I just wanted them to take some responsibility for what happened. Awful company do not do business with them, they deserve to be shut down completely. I blame the manager for not training his guys properly and making excuses because they're desperate for the money. I was lucky enough to get everything repaired at "OK Tire" in Kelowna (the Springfield location) they pulled a miracle and sourced everything for my Japanese import, and fixed it within a couple hours, they also torqued all my lug nuts PROPERLY on all wheels and I made it home safe. By luck, a nice man stopped and gave me a ride to make a phone call. I called Tom's Towing. I specifically said we were 2 women stuck in the middle of no where, with no cell phone, and absolutely needed a tow truck. We waited 2 hours. No tow truck. We had to get another ride to a cell signal area. The guy at Tom's had not even sent a truck, because he could get through BCAA. He left us stranded on the side of the road over a technicality. After giving him my visa, he sent a truck, which never came. We had to get another ride to a signal area to call Mario's Towing, who came within 30 minutes. Tom's Towing knowingly put 2 women in a risky and dangerous situation. DO NOT RELY ON THEM EVER.
