My case was small in comparison to others but she still helped me get back to normal daily activities fairly quickly. Although I wanted to get moving, she made sure to let me know about time frame for rehab and where I should be at each week. That helped alot, cause I was ready to go! They're really clean and actually make sure they clean the tables before you get on them, gotta keep the germs down. I wish I had gotten pics of the area inside to show the cleanliness! GO PT!

Providing us with information, strategies and just comfort. They always check on our son and he is filled with joy when he comes here. Truly the amount of time they put into him shows with his want to come to therapy. They facility is spotless and well organized. They also continue to put the kiddos first but enforcing safe health practices. They continue to provide services that meet the needs of concerned parents and will go the extra step to make sure the kiddos are progressing. We have nothing bad or even a complaint about this place. We recommend this to friends or just other families in need of services and are overwhelmed. The staff is passive aggressive and the results show for themselves (not in a good way). Within 10 months, there wasn't progress especially on things that were pointed out to be important goals. The owners actively dismiss concerns that are brought to their attention (repeatedly). The care at this clinic is not caring and not a place that I would recommend. Paperwork also consistently had errors that I had to keep asking to be fixed.

I went to Doctor's Care on 3/7/2026 regarding a potential bladder infection. There was no one in…read morethe waiting room, so I was called back in a very timely manner. The nurse weighed me on their scale and it was incorrect (10 pounds lighter than I actually was), so I think its time to replace their scale. When I got in my room, they took my blood pressure and the machine squeezed my arm so much that my hand went numb and my arm started aching. I am pretty sure it is time for a new blook pressure machine too. While I waited, I noticed the floor in the room. It was filthy and looked like it hadnt been mopped/cleaned in a long time. That was my biggest turn-off. I went to the bathroom to take a sample and the floor in the bathroom was even worse. I can't believe the floors were that dirty in a health care facility. They looked like a floor in a run-down gas station. Aside from the equipment situation and the filthy floor, the staff was exceptionally friendly and took the time to listen to me. In fact, it was the friendliest they have ever been since I've been coming there over the years. I have always gone to Doctor's Care when I needed urgent care. I never noticed the cleanliness till this visit. Please clean the floors.

Once I saw the doctor, he seemed nice and helpful and it didn't take long once I was called back. Overall, the doctor seemed skilled and that part was fine but the experience with the receptionists and extremely long wait made it not the most pleasant.
