Some of their leadership team are incompetent and uneducated. They actually do not even have common sense. My father was left in bed for 36 hours straight, soaked in urine, not fed, and not handed any medication. The employees do not cook well nor do they clean. They take no initiative to do anything they see could be done. I feel badly for those in the leadership team because they seem to bring their domestic issues into the workplace. They make horrible judgment calls. You pay them a lot per hour but they pay their employees less than half of that which is honestly why the help is so worthless. You can try them if you know you don't have high standards and don't really care much about your loved one but if you care, don't bother calling the Clarksville Ted Crozier Blvd. location, you will be drained by babysitting them to do everything right and you will still not have any success. They'll hire anybody.

But Silver Angels has improved my life immensely since my health took a downturn. To be honest, they're like every other business in that sometimes things happen, employees experience life circumstances that cause them to miss work... but Silver Angels usually has someone on hand to step in, if necessary. I first had a caregiver who was awesome and who gave me hope that I could get back up on my feet, regain control of my life and my living environment, but he had some personal issues that meant he needed to take time off work. I've had a succession of caregivers/homemakers with varying degrees of success. I'd rather focus on those who gave stellar service. Jasmine is a cleaning and organizing whiz, and she's very personable and professional. Ashley is eager and happy to do whatever needs to be done. Candace is awesome, professional and caring. Boone was terrific, as well, and I hope he'll be back soon. There were some caregivers who weren't a good fit, but it's not a big deal to tell the Silver Angels office staff (shout out to Miss Kim!) what's working and what's not. I can confidently recommend Silver Angels if your loved one needs some additional in-home assistance. It's only due to some of the life circumstances I mentioned earlier that I only give them 4 stars out of 5. But once a consistency in caregivers is obtained and maintained, I'll be more than happy to revisit and re-review them.

Employment Process I…read moreapplied to Silver Angels as the branch scheduling coordinator. I was contacted by Macy to set up an interview and we both agreed to meet on a Thursday. That Thursday came around and I was contacted by Macy again, 30 minutes prior to my interview, that she had to reschedule me to the following Tuesday. Well, Tuesday came around and when I showed up to my interview, the office was locked as if there was nobody there. I knocked on the door, called the office twice and left a voicemail but didn't receive any reply. I'm quite disappointed in how this played out and just wish I was at least given a phone call regarding my interview if they were no longer interested or wanted to reschedule again. I'm sure this is a lovely company to be apart of but I did want to share my experience of applying with Silver Angels.
