Case in point: Five BOA employees milling about the bank with only one teller. Ten minutes later I am finally helped and the simple task of cashing a check was completed. Case in point: Tellers, not bank officials, are constantly helping non-English speaking J1 visa students, therefore slowing down the line even more. I am not knocking the students, it is not their fault! Case in point: Although I have an account, I was denied the simple act of depositing CASH into my daughters account. She was in a jam and needed immediate funds, I even had her account number. These three situation occurred this week at the Orleans MA branch! This is the norm, not just isolated events! After an hour of wasted time, we ended up opening our accounts elsewhere, initially depositing 50k with a bank that wanted our direct deposits, multiple accounts, and credit card transactions. We're relieved we did not stay with TD Bank Orleans but pursued other options. Go elsewhere.
