We decided to go with Cape Destinations as the transportation provider for our wedding day shuttles in Falmouth. We rented two school buses to transport guests from two hotels to the ceremony location, then the reception location, as well as a trolley to drive the bride, groom, family and wedding party from the family house to the photos location to the ceremony to the reception. We chose Cape Destination because it had a wide variety of vehicles in its fleet and was relatively affordable, plus we wanted something fun like a trolley. Unfortunately, I can only give Cape Destinations three stars due to poor communication. They caused us a huge headache by failing to respond to emails and phone calls from both us and our wedding coordinators for nearly a week just a few days before our wedding, when we needed to add the second school bus. Cape Destinations also had a strange limit of only dropping guests off at three locations after the wedding (we had 6+ guests at six different hotels), despite these hotels all being within 2 miles. On the day of the wedding, however, everything ran very smoothly, as the drivers were prompt, friendly, and flexible to our custom routing. Cape Destinations is a solid choice due to its competitive pricing and variety of vehicles but can be hit or miss on the communications. read more

We booked them for my sons wedding last weekend.We had a trolley and 2 busses.We had a tropical storm and the schedule for photos and different drop off locations had to be modified. We used the Cape Destinations Trolly for our Wedding at Wychmere. The total trip distance was less than 3 miles. We had a call prior day with trolly service in which they told us they couldn't make it up the gravel driveway for the place to pick up the bride and the bridesmaids. That was perfectly fine. The bride provided 3 phone numbers for them to call once they arrived. The day of the wedding the trolly picked up and dropped off the groom and the groomsmen with no issue. When they went to pick up the bride, there was no phone call. They needed to walk to the end of the quarter mile drive way to find the trolly driver. When entering the trolly driver was rude stating that "she had been waiting for 30 minutes". There was no answer to why she didn't call when she arrived as we agreed upon before. At this point she informed the bride and the bridesmaids that the trolly had "broken down" and that they needed to get another one. This cost well over an hour of our first look and cocktail hours...the latter of which was well over $2000 per hour. We emailed Cape Destinations the Monday after our wedding in hopes of recouping a portion of the loss (not the full 2k for the hour plus missed) and have not received an apology or any correspondence. Overall the team was not friendly and the experience left a ton to be desired for what should have been a total of an hour or less of our Wedding Day. All in all it was the only part of the day that wasn't amazing. I just wish we would get some sort of response to the concern vs having to write a review. About a week later I got a call at 5:30 and called back the next day at 12:03. I asked to speak with Gretchen the Gm and gave my name. The after about 30 seconds, the lady hung up the phone and I never received a call back. They then went and then responded to my google review to say they had reached out multiple times and had never heard back. Again one call was made to me and then I responded 24 hours later only to be hung up on. Not only was the experience the only mark in what otherwise was a perfect day, but then the owner was insincere in the steps taken to help rectify the situation. I'm fine if there's no refund for not providing the service that we agreed upon in a timely fashion, the rudeness from the driver, and then lack of follow up from the call, but please don't call my integrity into question. Will not be recommending or dealing with Cape Destinations in the future read more

We use cape destination for wedding transportation. Initially, staff was responsive and helpful, however over the summer when we attempted to make some modifications the communication was very poor. Emails and calls were not returned. When we were able to speak with staff a few weeks ago to review changes they were rude and unapologetic for their poor communication. Excuses were made as to why they had not been getting back to us with no acknowledgement for their poor customer services. They were very eager to communicate when it came to payments but could not be bothered to follow to regarding anything else. Thankfully it all came together which are grateful for however the stress that was caused by their behaviors were unnecessary and certainly unhelpful. Would not recommend. read more

Hired for my daughters wedding Trolley & driver were lovely although they had no ability to play music. . Nevertheless the driver was very professional & courteous . However , we hired school busses to transport guest from reception to hotel. One driver a women was lovely The other , an older gentleman was the rudest most unprofessional person I have paid for a service After being asked by the best man to please wait a minute before leaving venue ( he was waiting for his fiancé) the driver shouted at him I'm not waiting & Get an Uber ! I seldom if ever leave reviews but this person is poor reflection of your company . I attempted to address his poor Customer service skills & there was no getting through to him . Would not recommend using Cape Destinations for any wedding related event. Horrible communication, rude and unhelpful workers, lack of faith that they would come through on wedding day (especially based on recent reviews). All around would give communication a 0. Over the last few months we have worked with Brian, Heather and Monica- all of whom rarely respond to emails unless it was regarding a payment that was due. They refused to send a driver to our property to see if there would be enough room for a bus to turn around and they were impossible to coordinate other logistics. They did finally send the trolley driver out to our property the day before the wedding to make sure everything would fit- even though we had requested they send someone for almost a month. The last thing you and your bride need before a wedding is added stress. Working with cape destinations certainly added to the stress load since their communication was so bad and especially since a recent review right before our wedding validated our lack of faith in the company. Despite many months of frustrations, everything turned out great on wedding day. Bus drivers showed early, they were super friendly, the trolley was so much fun and beautiful. We used Cape Destinations this past weekend to rent a mini bus for a bachelorette party. I don't have enough great things to say about our driver, Ray. He was prompt for pick ups, super easy to communicate with, went over the route/ stops for the evening when he arrived just to double confirm everything, and had a cooler of iced water waiting for us. The bus was clean and exactly what we needed. He was such a sweet driver and really made the evening fun! The company was incredibly easy to book with, we had a confirmation call ahead of the weekend (the company proactively called to reconfirm details). Highly recommended! read more

One star, because the driver was awesome!!! Our limo bus with a bathroom on it was gross all you could smell was shit the whole time .... first it is outdated, had a old radio on it so you couldn't even plug your phone up to it and use either pandora or anything horrible for the money you pay, we sat there the whole time trying to get a radio station to come in awful. What I really think they should do is add some better trucks and get rid of the old, it's not about the number of limos you have it's about the quality and all the perks. I would rather pay a extra amount of money to get a better limo company from off cape that have more luxuries then disappointments for that of experience. Overall not impressed. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... Unless you want your guests to miss at least half of your cocktail hour! We have waited five weeks before writing this review hoping that time would lessen the disappointment and frustration that was experienced on our daughter's wedding day. It has not! We contracted Cape Destinations for our daughter's wedding which was on September 28. We were assured that the transportation would be wonderful. The day of the wedding, 2 of their drivers called in sick, so they used drivers from another company that they work with. These drivers were ill-prepared and had no idea what they were doing or where they were going. These 2 buses got lost picking our guests up at the hotels and then proceeded to get lost going to the reception. Some family members were trying to help with directions but were told to sit down and shut up or they would be kicked off the bus. One bus went so far as to hit a tree and tear off the bumper - all with our family and friends on it, putting them in danger. My elderly mother had trouble getting on the bus, and the driver refused to lower the bus or to put out the step stool she had. My elderly father and a nephew had to help her on and she was mortified. The driver that my daughter and her husband hired to pick them up from the reception was late so they were not able to do their sparker exit as planned. The whole day from start to finish was a nightmare and the communication throughout the whole process was horrible. Not to mention that we ourselves missed half of the cocktail hour trying to figure out where the buses were, and then missed the last 45 minutes of the reception ensuring that the buses would get our guests back to the hotels safely. To say we are utterly disappointed in Cape Destinations would be an understatement. Do yourself a favor and hire another company so your family doesn't have to experience the same anguish that we did on what was supposed to be the most beautiful day. My fiancé and I live in San Francisco wanted to get married on Cape Cod. We planned a very small intimate wedding in Falmouth, MA. It was easy coordinating over the phone. They walked me through the process and wedding packages. It was great to know that everything was included in the price and would be paid prior to the day (one less thing to worry about!). I received a call the day before the ceremony.. I gulped (I guess I'm the pessimist). It was Cape Cod Destinations offering us an upgrade from a town car to a limo for no extra expense! So thoughtful and overly accommodating. On the day of the mini-coach and limo arrived on-time. The drivers were great! There was only one slight issue with the AC on the mini-coach. They responded quickly by sending a repairman out to meet us en-route. After a quick pit stop (10min or less) we were back on the road. And the drivers kept everyone in great spirits! Everyone from the customer service reps to the drivers were very considerate, customer-focused and super accommodating. read more

Disgusted with their lack of concern for the safety if children at stops and on their buses. Malinda in there office is very rude and Nasty. I requested a bus stop change twice and never heard from anyone after i was told someone would call me back all 3 times. So I went to the school for help. Scheduled an entertainment bus for my sons wedding to pick up my in-laws who were staying in Yarmouth. And other guest at near by hotels. They had flown in from Ireland to attend my son's wedding. I spent 1300 dollars. It was going to be very hot so I wanted a vehicle with ac. The bus picked them up but half way to venue the bus broke down. No one called me I was the contact. My family waited a half hour in one of the hottest days of the year. My mother in law is 80 years old. One of my guest called me while we were at the venue to tell us of the break down not the company!! Finally a school bus picked them up no ac!! Still no one ever called me, after my vacation I called and spoke to the owner who thought that everything was handle well and basically I should not be upset?? Handled very poorly !!! We rented a school bus from Cape Destinations to shuttle our friends and family to our wedding venue from their hotels that were about 15 minutes from the wedding site. They were super easy to work with to get payment in order and figure out the shuttle schedule. They were also willing do do multiple stops as our guests were at a few different locations. They did two trips before the ceremony and then ran every half hour after dinner until 1:30am so our guests could leave on their own time. You would think that a company whose sole purpose is to provide transpiration would only hire people to drive their vehicles that are competent, obey the rules of the road and could be trusted with your safety and the safety of your loved ones. Sadly, this is not the case when it comes to those employed by Cape Destinations. I witnessed one of their drivers come very close to causing a serious and needless accident due to careless driving. The "professional" driver was either not paying attention to the road, or was speeding to get the customers to their destination. Either way, I would not get in a vehicle with one of their drivers behind the wheel and would defiantly not trust their staff with the safety of my family, friends or loved ones. I would like to start this by saying I would most definitely recommend Cape Destinations to anyone needing transportation for their wedding or event. The scheduling process was made very easy and a certain relief when so much of the planning of a wedding can be so stressful. My wife and I were married in May of 2015 on the Cape. Both our ceremony and reception were held in Mashpee, at Christ of the King and Willowbend Country Club. Due to the limited hotel options in Mashpee, we chose to stay in Hyannis. With approximately 175 guests, we scheduled two motorcoaches to take our guests from two different hotels in Mashpee, to the church, to the reception, and then home at the end of the evening. Cape Destinations was on time, courteous, and everything we had hoped/expected. We also chose to reserve a limousine for my wife and I to take back to the hotel after the ceremony. We thought it would a nice way to reflect on the evening and let it all sink in. It turned out to be much more. Our driver was very friendly and polite. We asked if it were possible to drive around for a few minutes prior to brining us back and he did us one better. He drove us down to the beach, where we were able to spend a few extra minutes, just the two of us, enjoying the moment. It was something that neither of us had thought of at all and are truly appreciative of our drivers willingness to make the last hour, truly about us. I once again strongly recommend Cape Destinations if need transportation for your wedding, event, or if you are just planning a night out. I recently booked a 12-person bus to get me and my friends from Cotuit to the Beachcomber for a Bachelorette weekend day trip. Everything worked out great. Our driver was on-time, sweet and flexible. We didn't realize there wouldn't be any cell service at the beach to communicate with our driver, but Jocelyn gave us our meeting time and instructions for where to meet her amongst the huge crowds and we were able to find her easily. She even helped our friends who drove find parking and dropped them off at the beach. The price seemed fair. The bus was a little outdated, but for a beach day and sand it was perfect. Cape Destinations was recommended to us by the coordinator at our venue, and they did a fantastic job! Guest transportation was the one part of our wedding that we didn't see for ourselves, so I was a little nervous about how it was all going to go (I had previously had a bad experience with a big-name transportation provider in Boston). At the wedding and the next day at brunch, several of our guests commented on how smoothly everything went and how nice the drivers all were. Our guests were staying at four separate pick-up locations throughout Harwich Port, I needed a ride from our house, and we all needed safe rides home at the end of the night. Monica was a pleasure to plan with, answered all of my neurotic questions, catered to all of our unique needs, and scheduled the two school buses and Sprinter van so that everything went absolutely perfectly. All of our guests were at the venue on time, and the continuous shuttle from the after party to the hotels was convenient for our guests who may not have wanted to stay for last call. Teddy was early to the house with the Sprinter van and waited patiently as we were running a little behind. He was friendly and courteous and very helpful. Most importantly, thanks to Cape Destinations, all of our guests had a safe ride home either directly after the reception or at the end of the after party, and I can't thank them enough for that. read more
