Kon always arrives to pick you up 10-15 mins early so you don't have to worry about them getting there on time. Drivers are very professionally dressed, pleasant to chat with and helpful with luggage. Also, the communication with the driver before pickup is excellent. Texts alert you to them being on the way and when they arrive. When you return to the airport texts alert you to their arrival and location and you can respond to let them know your status getting off the plane and getting to baggage claim. read more

KON' s service is excellent! I have used the service 6 times for airport transfers to and from Logan for International flights. Every trip has been perfect . I have had three different drivers, two Jasons and Andre. all are very professional and personable which makes the trip relaxing and pleasant! Dispatch is also excellent. in April I had a flight back from London cancel and was rescheduled with a much later return. They worked it out and arrived right on time. We recently had a bad experience with Pro Limo so we were thrilled to have the polar opposite experience with Kon Limo. The driver, Evandro, could not have been nicer. We were traveling with a service dog and he was extremely accommodating and made sure the dog got water as well as providing us with bottles of water. In short: Awful. Background: these guys were 45 minutes late to pick us up for our wedding. When I called to inquire they had the totally wrong schedule and butchered the entire process. They then proceeded to argue with me and asked me who I spoke with. I told them that it didn't matter who took the reservation, I had the confirmation email outlining the entire itinerary AND called twice one week prior to confirm and review. In the end, they were only able to make 2/4 stops in order to get the bride to the wedding (she was still 20 minutes late because of KON). I paid $600 for an awful experience - should have just called UBER black cars for 1/3 of the price. read more

A Big Disappointment!! On August 3, 2018 I reserved a stretch limo for 3 couples to head from Falmouth to Newport for dinner and an evening at the Tennis Hall of Fame for the Jazz Festival. The limo was totally on time to the two pick up spots with my house being the second. When we got in the limo and got going it immediately became apparent something was very wrong with the air conditioning. It was a hot evening and the system was blowing hot air into our area. The driver area was fine so we had to ask him to keep the glass open to get us some cool air. On a very busy Rt. 195 the driver pulled over to try to fix the system, literally in the breakdown lane with vehicles blasting past us and rocking the vehicle. We finally got him to get back to drive. There was no solution to the A/C and we were all literally soaked in sweat with the ladies all in nice dresses. I had called ahead to be sure we brought the right plug to stream music in the vehicle to listen to the artist we would be hearing while we headed there. There was no attachment and no music at all. We played my IPhone!!! When we got to dinner the driver asked us how long we would be because he was hungry and needed to drive about 20 minutes one way to get to a Chick-fil-a. What??? Rest of evening went fine with windows open way home and no music. Very disappointing. I never heard anything from the office even though they were called that night about the a/c. I then called them a couple of weeks later, explained the entire situation and told them I wasn't complaining because I wanted anything, just to let him know and let him make his own decisions as a fellow business owner. I happen to own a lodging business as well and have used this company for three years in a row for this type of evening with friends and recommended it through the years for weddings and special events. I never heard anything back. I was never offered even much of an apology. I have been utilizing limos for many years now a couple times a year for special evenings with friends as noted. I will not again call Kon simply because I don't really believe they care. Things happen in operations and it's how you handle those issues that can influence how the consumer views a business. In this case, you fail. I'm done! Anyone got any limo company ideas??? read more

I called around 1pm for a 6pm pick up to get to Boston, no worries. I opted for the limo to surprise my girlfriend, success, she was floored. It made me happy to surprise her like that last minute. We were to move in two days but the moving company was done in 7 hours. So now I had to get to Boston or sleep on the floor, no way I'm sleeping on a floor again! Our driver Brian was great and made stops when requested. If I ever move back I would definitely use KON again. read more
