I waited several weeks then messaged her again at the end of August. I told her my in laws were coming to town in mid-September and was hoping she could schedule me for a Spring Clean-Up. I never heard back from her. I messaged her multiple times and when I finally got her on the phone she said she was too busy. I guess 3 weeks in advance is not long enough to schedule an appointment. Now I'm left scrambling to find another cleaning service... all she had to do was reply to me 2 weeks ago and say she was unavailable. I can not speak for there actual cleaning because they never cleaned my place. Rosa stopped by for a walk through in July, told me it smelled too smokey and her team could not work in those conditions. I have since gotten rid of the smoke smell but have you ever heard a cleaning crew complain about a place being too smelly? That's why I was trying to call in the professionals, I'll have to find REAL PROFESSIONAL cleaners, not a someone that ignores me.

I always feel bad when I feel like I've been made into a sucker for being considerate of others , especially other working peoples time..Rosa, I bet you would consider it a slap in the face if you and your crew were met with an empty house if you had shown up and no one was here to greet you for our appointment.but that wouldn'thave happened because we are considerate people...looking at older reviews your business appears to continue to treat new potential clients in a similar fashion. Rosa, you should learn how to just graciously say "I'm sorry but I cannot take on any new clients at this time" so that others can continue looking for help from another business. That would be the right thing to do.
